*Snows POV*

I woke to the sound of water trickling down stones. It splashed onto my face, cooling down my hot flushed skin. I sat up, rubbing my eyes and adjusting to the dimly lit cavern in which i lay, caged. The iron bars which surrounded me, were cold and stiff, rusted away by all the years they lay here, unused. I clawed at them, pushing and tugging, but it did no good, I was trapped.

Footsteps sounded on the stones behind me and I spun around, a face stood on the outside of the cage, a pair of eyes staring back at me, full of pleasure and menace. Ryan. "Well well well, look what we have here. May you enjoy you stay here, and I hope nothing unfortunate could happen which may alter your memories..." he smiled slyly, almost laughing at me. Tensions rose within me, but I kept my composure. He was turning away, but he spoke from where he stood, turned away from me, his back facing towards me. "Oh and I hope you said goodbye to your boyfriend...because soon he might be dead..." he laughed. His laugh was of the purest evil you could hear. Must be strong Snow..., I thought to myself, Garroth will be fine... I was snapped out of my thoughts my a voice, so familiar to me, that it hurt.

"Snow?" I spun around, my vision clouded by darkness, eyes adjusting to the light. I'm the pitch black of the cavern, in a cage similar to mine, stood Lucinda. She looked tired and beaten, her beautiful ginger hair hanging in knots down her face. "Snow im so glad to see you! Where have you been?" She spoke with pure delight and disbelief in her voice, as if she thought she were in a cruel dream, not quite awake. "I-I'm so sorry Lucinda, I shouldn't have run away...but I learned something new...and I need to tell you...before it's...forever."

I took a deep breath, placing my hands on the bars and curling my fingers around the metal. It was cold to the touch but soothing, my hands were burning like a pure fire, which was unusual for me since I was usually ice cold. "What do you mean snow...?" Lucinda looks scared, and I hated to tell her of these such matters while she were in a state like she was, but there was nothing I could do...it was now or never. "I fear you have been here longer than me...so you will be first. Let me just tell you this, for I believe even while under the spell, you are conscious to some extent of the world around you. Forever potions, potions of pure power...that's what they are using. He wants Aaron...I don't know why but he does... Ryan is here too, so I need to tell you this before it's too late. Lucinda please, I know what I'm going to tell you is going to be hard to do since you will be under a spell... but please... I need you to do this for me." Lucinda's expression was mixed between worried and fear. She said nothing, so I continued. "If somehow you find a way to break free of the potions effects...please...don't waste any emeralds on me, we will not be the last to be trapped by the forever potions...and emeralds are so rare...please I beg of you...keep them safe...it's all I ask...I have another way to free myself if I try hard enough...but it's dangerous..." Lucinda shot forward, grabbing old of the bars, her eyes were bloodshot from crying. "No snow! You cant, I could kill you."

I sighed "but I have to try...the others are more important, they need the emeralds and if there in any other way to save myself, then I'm going to try...I'm sorry Lucinda...please be safe and protect them..."

*Hunters POV*

I'm trapped. The wolf side of me was growling, clawing to get out. Trapped. Stuck. Lost. Dark. Emotions. UGHH! My claws ran down the walls, leaving small dents. Water flood my standing paws, the ones which held me up and allowed me to walk. I only had two, but used to it now. Swung my head back and forth, locking eyes on nothing which would help my escape. Caged. Cornered. Scared. Frustrated. Must get out!

Green glow caught my eye, sparkling over the soggy stone floor, dotted with puddles and patches of water. Then I saw another, and another. There were lots. No longer I clawed up at walls, but I clawed the green, trying to dig it out. I used other rocks to chip away the most possible stone. My paws which could grab things started to bleed, but still I dug and chipped. Finally the source of the green light came free. Slid in my hands, I threw down the rock, not needing it. A gem. A gem sourced the green glow. An emerald. Lots more lay in the cave around. Trapped but there. Full emeralds. Sources of raw power. Used to make potions, like the one used on me.

I hid the emerald, putting in into a pocket of the material I was wearing on my furless skin. Only I'll shall know about this.

I stared around the open area, my eyes taking more in that I could keep up with. That's when I saw it. A ledge. Carved into the side of the cavern, but high up on the wall. I couldn't care. I had to warn the rest of them. I leapt up, my bleeding and bruised paws taking hold onto the side of cavern, finding small holds for which I could grab and pull myself up. It took almost all my effort just to get onto the ledge, however I still had all the rest of the way to climb up.

It took me a while to reach the top, but once I had, I crawled out the small whole I had been pushed into for my own safety. She had saved me, so I would at least save her friends. I checked my surroundings, listening for any sound of movement, but there was none. I got to my feet, blood from my hands dropping onto the floor as I pushed myself up. But I couldn't pay any attention to the pain, I had to get to them, before they got to the Alpha.
