It was the next day, and I was still in the DEO. Mon-El hadn't left my side yet, still clutching my hand. Barry was now sitting on the floor. We had a board game laid out in front of us. We were laughing at some mindless joke.

I apparently didn't have my powers. They ran tests and said that I had been exposed to too much Kryptonite radiation, draining my alien abilities. I was still on bedrest, contrary to the fact that I was perfectly fine health wise. They were going to release me later that day.

"This game makes no sense to me," Mon-El chuckled. "English isn't my first language. And is Scrabble even a word?"

"I'm not sure," I hummed. "I don't think that's the point, though."

The two guys laughed. Barry then slammed his hand down on the board, chuckling. Chips flew everywhere, ruining our game.

"I suck!" He shouts. I clutched my stomach, laughing too hard. Mon-El was gasping for breath. "I'm so done with this game."

"Aww," I breathed. "That's my favorite."

"Because you always win," Mon-El gasps. "I haven't even spent a year on Earth!"

"And I'm not from this Earth, so that gives me an excuse," Barry adds. I giggled.

"Okay, okay," I gave in. "Fine, it wasn't fair. I just wanted to do something with the both of you before--"

"Before I had to leave," Barry finished. "I know, we've barely spent any time together."

"I wish you didn't have to go," I groaned.

"Well, I mean, evil speedster gods aren't going to defeat themselves," He joked.

"How's that going?" Mon-El questioned.

"Not all that well," Barry responded. "I mean, I know we can beat him. It'll just take time."

"Time and strength," I added. "The good guys always win."

"We always win," Mon-El corrected me. "We're the heroes. We won."

"We did, didn't we?" I smiled.

Everyone who knew Barry showed up to the center of the DEO to say goodbye. He was making his way around the small circle of agents that he'd met, hugging them. It was a light mood, though. We were just glad to have gotten the time with Barry that we'd had.

Winn seemed to be the most devastated by his leaving. He was solemnly sitting off to the side, clutching the interdimensional device. I swear he would've destroyed it if we weren't in a classified government agency. The thought of him being angry enough to do that brought a slight smile to my face.

Barry stepped to the side, standing right in front of Mon-El and I. I wrapped my arms around his shoulder. He returned my embrace.

"Thank you for helping us," I muttered into his ear. We pulled apart. "It was a big help."

"I didn't even do anything," Barry states. "You did this all by yourself."

"It was nice having you for comfort," I admitted. "And the occasional distraction."

"Well, that's what I'm here for," He joked.

Mon-El put out his hand towards Barry, going for a handshake. Barry grabbed it and did that strange man-hug, where he simply clapped my boyfriend on the back. Mon-El smiled to himself.

"Thank you," Mon-El exclaimed.

"It was no problem," Barry replied. "You take good care of her."

"I always will," He smiled, staring me in the eye. I squeezed his hand.

Barry moved on to Winn next, frowning. Winn basically jumped on the man, engulfing him into the hug.

"I'll miss you, my speedy brother," He murmured. He clapped Barry on the back.

"I'll miss you too, Winn," Barry laughed. He pulled away from the scientist. "I'll be back to play more board games with all of you."

We all nodded. Winn pulled the device from his hand, and pointed it towards the center of the room.

A giant fist of blue exploded, throbbing in and out. It was bright and shiny. We all stared at it, admiring its color and motion.

Barry stepped towards it, pulling his mask over his face. He turned towards us, and murmured one last, "Goodbye."

Then he walked into the breach, our eyes following his disappearing shadow.

"I'm exhausted," I announced, collapsing on to my couch. They had just released me from the DEO, and Mon-El had escorted me to my loft. He sat down next to me, grabbing a blanket from behind us.

"So am I," He responded. "What should we do? Catch up on Stitchers or go to bed."

"How about we watch Pitch Perfect you rub my feet?" I suggested. Mon-El laughed.

"Make it Wizard of Oz and your shoulders, and you have a deal," He bargained.

"Yes!" I exclaimed. "I trained your loving of my musical movies well."

"You deserve it," Mon-El says. "You defeated Cadmus practically by yourself."

"Not by myself," I argued. "I couldn't have done it without you or the rest of the team. I'm Supergirl, but you make me who I am."

"I really, really like Superirl, then," He teased. Mon-El kissed my forehead, and I gleamed up at him.

I didn't know what the future held, but I hoped that he would be a part of it.
