Kara walked out of the locker room, her cape flowing from behind her. The doctor had given the all clear for her to begin her heroics again; all she recommended was not doing as much. She made her way over to control, where I stood with J'onn, Alex, and Winn. She smiled proudly at us.

It was an understatement to say I was still worried. She'd only gotten back twenty four hours ago, and she was already getting back into the suit? It didn't seem safe, but I knew that arguing with her would go nowhere.

I'd just gotten her back. I couldn't lose her again that soon. I watched, anxiously, as she marched right up to our group.

"When do I start?" Kara exclaimed. "I need to get some fly time in." Alex smiled.

"There's a robbery in progress on the corner of Wayne and Johnson," Winn announced. Kara smiled brightly, and ran towards the exit of the DEO, gracefully taking off into the air.

Alex went to go monitor her vitals and guide her. I walked up behind her and leaned down so that we could talk. She noticed me, turning off her comm so Kara (or anyone else in the DEO) couldn't hear her.

"Are we sure it's safe for Kara to be out there already?" I questioned. "She just got back and–"

"I know, I was worried too," Alex sighed. "I spoke with the doctors. She's pretty much in perfect health. It's weird, but I'm grateful. I think that her getting back in the field will help her."

I bit my lip. "Okay. Thank you."

She smiled at me kindly. I turned towards Winn, and made my way to his desk. He was noticeably calmer now that Kara was back. He was lazily watching his computer screen.

"How are we with tracking Cadmus?" I asked. He sighed, leaning backwards in his swivel chair.

"I used the directions Kara gave me to find a location," He said. "We should be able to infiltrate in about an hour."

"We sure this isn't a trap?" I questioned.

"Not at all," Winn sighed. "But we're willing to risk it." I nodded, looking at the screen ahead.

There was a map of a random warehouse in the desert pulled up. It seemed that Winn had set up a satellite feed so that we could watch what was happening. There were trucks pulled up outside, all neatly parked. There didn't appear to be any movement going on.

"I'm going to go join Kara," I informed him. "I'll see you in about an hour."

He nodded, and I turned to walk away. I went into the locker room, where I went and grabbed my make-shift superhero costume (Winn hadn't made mine yet).
