Reliving a death

I reluctantly opened my eyes to see I was still on the couch with Choji. A small smile came to my face. I carefully got out of Choji's arms and walked into the kitchen to see Ichiro making food. He turned to me and smiled. I walked up next to him and looked at what he was cooking.

"lasagna I love your lasagna." I said sniffing the food.

"I know. I thought you might need some good food to make you feel better. What happen you looked really shaken up?" Ichiro said.

I looked down as images came to my mind of what happened. I lived that mans death. I began to slightly shake as I began to relive it.

"Hey calm down." Ichiro said rubbing my back.

I began to calm down slightly and went back to the coach to see Choji awake. I sat next to him and gave him a fake smile. Choji frowned at me and pulled me into a hug and I leaned in and snuggled into him.

"Don't force yourself to smile. Something bad obviously happened. But I'm here if you need to talk." Choji said kindly.

"I relived someone's death." I said my voice cracking and tears filling my eyes. Choji looked at me concerned. "I felt everything. It was as if I was the one dying. I was surrounded by water unable to breath and my whole body hurt. My lungs stung for air but I desperately tried not to breath. But I had to and water filled my lungs. It was horrible." I said my tears getting worse.

Choji just stroked my back and held me close to him. I began to calm and looked up at Choji with puffy eyes.

"Do you want to stay for dinner?" I asked and Choji nodded.

My uncle and brother came home and we ate dinner and Choji left and I stood at the front door waving goodbye to him. Once he was out of sight and walked to my room and collapsed onto my bed.

"Rico why do I see such horrible things?" I asked.

"With your ability to see visions it's complicated. You can see thing from the last present and future. You get them to send you a message to learn from it, to warn you or guid you. And unfortunately some of the things you can see will take a toll on you. But the reason you're getting so many now is because you strength has grown so much in such a short period of time. The visions should be coming less regularly soon. " Rico explained.

"Why do you know so much about this?" I asked.

"I lived in the forest your fathers family resided and I grew a strong connection with some of the members as time passed so I learnt a lot about their clan." He said.

I nodded and laid down facing the ceiling. I closed my eyes going to sleep still feeling drained and I enjoyed the darkness that engulfed me.
