chakra control

I stood in the training area. I was planning on putting the kid through hell today. he soon made it and I smiled at him. he walked up to me and this time he seemed to hold some respect towards me. when he saw me he stood tall in front of me. 

"so tell me how you re with chakra control?" I asked. 

"Um..." he mumbled.

"I take that as bad. well, today I'll teach you. you have to climb a tree with no hands." I said to him.

"that's impossible." He said. 

I sighed and walked in front of a tree. I focused my chakra into my feet and I walked up the tree trunk with no hands. when I got on a branch and hung upside down I decided to explain this to the shocked boy.

"listen here brat. you focus your chakra into your feet. if you use too much you'll break the tree and fall off you use too little you'll slip off. so you have to have constant stable chakra in your feet. grab a kunai and before you fall mark where you got to and try and get above it every time. you'll need momentum at first so have a running start. but eventually, you'll have to simply walk up." I explained. 

"I won't need to mark where I was or need momentum." He said with an eye roll. 

he tried to walk up but failed miserably. I smiled as he glared at the tree. he closed his eyes and brought his hands together to focus his chakra. he did a running start and only got a little up before marking his spot with the kunai. I gave a small laugh. 

"what are you laughing at." He asked.

"how you had to eat your words brat."I said smiling.

he poked his tongue out at me and I gave a small laugh. I was planning something else but he needs to learn chakra control. after about three hours of him failing I decided, it was time for a break. I jumped from the tree I was sitting in right before the kid fell again. he went to do it again but I grabbed his collar pissing him off.

"what are you going. let me guess you've given up on me." He growled.

"in your fucking dreams brat. I don't give up. I just think it times for a break." I said with a smirk. 

he looked at me weird and I just dragged him to a lake and made him sit down by the lake. I also sat down and looked into the lake. the boy also looked into the lake and I saw him go into a daze. I saw pain fill his eyes. I, however, decided to leave him be unless I felt I needed to get involved. 

"he reminds me of you when you were a kid. I wouldn't be surprised if your language rubbed off on him." Rico said.

"yea but it's easy to tell something is burdening him. but I won't force it out of him. If he wants to talk about it I'll listen to him." I said looking at the kid.

"You have a soft spot for him." Rico said. 

I gave a small nod and just observed Kuro.
