Spinal injury

I was crouched in a tree with my eyes closed feeling the area around me to make sure once I left my hiding spot I wouldn't reveal myself to the enemy. I felt no one so I was about to jump down not sensing anything but quickly stopped when I saw a man if you could call him that and he wore a swirly orange mask. I pulled out my wooden cylinder and put my chakra into it making it a staff.

I watched the boy carefully. He didn't wear an akatsuki cloak but that didn't mean he wasn't associated with them. He turned away from me and I jumped down and stopped him from getting away by holding my staff horizontally to his neck.

"Who the fuck are you!?" I growled.

"I'm Tobi. Did Tobi do something bad. Tobi's a good boy" The boy asked in a childlike manner.

My eye twitched at his attitude. How could anyone be so chill in this situation?

"Tobi thinks you have a funny face." He said.

That's it he's dead!

"Kiko calm down. Would you kill your brother for that?" Rico said.

"Yes but my brother wouldn't be stupid enough to say something that." I said to Rico.

I don't know how it happened but the boy got away from me. I did multiple backflips away. I glared at him trying to figure out how he got away from me. I heard explosions and I was knock meters away from my current spot and smashed into a large rock. I stood but but fell down and a pricing pain ran through my back. I completely collapsed as my body began to tingle.

"Don't move you have an injuring to your back and I can't heal it because it might heal wrong. You need to get back to the leaf for surgery. If you do move there's an extremely high chance you'll never be able to walk again." Rico warned.

"But Rico I need-" I began to say but was cut off.

"Hitomi for once in your life think of yourself before others. Your selflessness is your greatest virtue but will be what gets you killed. Please just this once look after yourself because I've watched you go through so much pain and I hate it. But please don't do this to yourself please don't risk losing your ability to walk." Rico said and I could hear him tearing up.

"Rico... fine but how am I supposed to get back to the leaf?" I asked.

"Leave that to me. You stay stay put and look after yourself." Rock said.

I was beyond pleased that Hitomi was staying put. Now all I had to do was get in contact with on of my siblings to tell Hitomi's family about her so they can send help.

"What do you want brother." My sister asked.

"Suzu please tell Hitomi's family she needs help." I said.

I told her of the situation and she immediately left to go tell Hitomi's family. I went back to focusing on Hitomi and I could feel her pain both mental and physical. She was beating herself up for being useless and there was severe pain spreading across her body.

I sat on the roof of our house but my eyes narrowed when I saw elegant deer with wings. I looked around but no one else seems to see it. It stood in front of the house and flew and to face me.

"My brother Rico told me to inform you that your sister has a spinal injury and can't more right now and she needs medical nin to get her because if she moves she may never be able to walk again." She explained and disappeared.

My eyes went wide and i rushed inside and told my uncles then we rushed to tell the hokage. When we entered her office and told her of the situation she stood.

"Shizune get two skilled medical ninja pack for an emergency spinal surgery and meet me at the gate in ten minutes." The hokage ordered.

"But lady Tsunade you shouldn't leave the leaf." Shizune said.

"Shizune I'm sure you know of the Hayashi clan. They were once a mighty clan the resided in the leaf but were driven out by another clan and that clan was soon banished however they still hunted the Hayashi's down and they were thought to be all killed. But this family is from the main branch and from what the current clans leader told me Hitomi Hayashi is one of the strongest in the clans history of their clan. She is a great asset to th leaf and I want to personally make sure she is treated properly. Now go do what i ordered." The hokage said with authority.

Shizune left to go follow her orders and we were dismissed. We returned home and I just sat in my room worrying about my sister.
