The brat leapt up and I have a small laugh. He glared at me but soon stopped not having the energy. He was obviously feeling down.

"What got you so sad?" I asked.

"I'm the only one on my team that didn't pass the chunin exam. My sensei still trains me at times but I don't think he's the best trainer for me." He mumbled.

"What are you trying to do?" I asked.

"Just become stronger." He said.

"Meet me here this time tomorrow." I said firmly.

He went to talk but I walked away before he could.

"are you really going to start training him?" Rico asked.

"What can I say he's growing on me." I said shrugging.

Rico gave a small chuckle making me smile. I had one more stop before I went home. I travelled through the village to the Akimichi compound. When I entered they all smiled. One of the came up to smiling widely.

"You're here for Choji right. He's been worried sick. He's at home if you wanna see him." The man said.

I gave a small nod and made my way to Choji's house. I walked into his house giving his parents a small wave before walking into the yard to see him looking up at the sky with a bag of chips. a small laugh escaped my mouth and I snuck up behind him. I leaned over him stealing some chips and eating them. he turned around and smiled when he saw me. he pulled me into a hug and I gladly hugged him back. held me tightly and rubbed my back.

"I was so worried about you." He said.

"I'm sorry I made you worry." I mumbled.

we cuddled on the grass and I curled up into his chest listing to his heartbeat and tears spilled from my eye remembering what happened to me while I was captured by the Akatsuki. Choji held me closer comforting me. being there affected me more than people thought and I thought I could keep hiding it but I guess not. Choji didn't say anything he just held me which is what I needed right now.

after a few minutes I calmed down and Choji looked at me and wiped away the tears remaining on my face. I gave a small smile as Choji's hand lingered on my cheek. I leaned into his hand and closed my eyes. I quickly stole a kiss from Choji and a small blush came to his face.

"I love you Choji." I mumbled quietly.

I snuggled into his arms and let my eyes become heavy. I should really head home but I was just so tired. I couldn't stop myself from passing out I was just so tired which wasn't surprising considering what happened. however, despite passing out, I tried to fight staying awake. however, he continued to rub my back and I fell asleep.

~~~~Third person pov~~~~
Choji lifted Hitomi up after she fell asleep and carried her to his room before walking out but he looked at Hitomi before he left.
"I love you Hitomi." He said as he was in thought.
it seemed Choi was planning something but what?
