One with spirits

Gethen

Soon a black and red wolf with wings walked out and all the other spirits beside Rico slowly inched away. Rico watched him intently. I smiled at him and he just snarled. He got right in front of my face and growled but I continued to smile. Just by looking in his eyes I knew he was lonely and just putting up walls.

"I'm Hitomi it's nice to meet you." I said.

"You're a dumb human do you not know who I am." He growled.

"No but maybe if you introduced yourself I would." I said less kindly.

"Like a dumb human like you deserves to know my name."

"That's your decision but don't ask me if I know who you are if you're not willing to tell me."

"You really are a dumb human. You should bow down to me."

"And why would I do that you haven't earned my respect all you've done is be rude and hateful towards me and you haven't even given me your name so fuck off."

The winged wolf froze and he laid down in front of me and covered his face with his wing.

"Gethen." He said.

I smiled a dorky smile and cuddled more into Rico and closed my eyes and soon fell asleep.

~~~~Rico's pov~~~~

I looked down at the now sleeping Hitomi then up at Gethen.

"You seem to like her." I spoke.

"She's got guts for a brat." He said slightly laughing.

"That's for sure." I said.

"To think she stood up to me the spirit of death. You sure chose a human to become bound to Rico the spirit of life." He spoke.

"How many times do I have to tell you just to call me Rico brother?" I asked shaking my head.

"Who knows, anyway Mikio wants to see her." He said.

I nodded and got Hitomi onto my back before walking beside Gethen to where Mikio was. When we got the I placed Hitomi gently on the ground and looked at Mikio. His face came visible on he tree trunk and he smiled at Hitomi. He moved a branch to move a strand of hair behind Hitomi's eat that was in her face. He smiled and faced both Gethen and I with a smile.

"Well my children it's seems she's rather liked by all the spirits isn't she." Mikio said.

"Yes she is." I spoke.

"That brat is tolerable." Gethen said.

Hitomi began to stir and opened her eyes and sat up.

"The fuck did you take me Rico?" She asked.

I sat up looking around but I froze when I saw Mikio.

"Sup grandfather Mikio." I said smiling.

"It's good to see you again Hitomi." He said kindly.

I soon stood stretching and Rico walked up beside me and looked at me.

"We have to leave the surgery is over and they've gotten you back to the leaf." Rico said.

I nodded but I felt something wrapp around my wrists and I looked at it to see Mikio wrapped his beach around my wrist.

"See you later Mikio and Gethen." I said.

I put my hand on Rico and my surroundings morph and I opened my eyes to see I was in a hospital.
