I saw explosions and sand I looked around and saw an injured Gaara. I tried to move to help but couldn't move. I was forced to watch the fight with Gaara and someone I could not see. soon Gaara was defeated and caught in the tail of a white bird with a person on it. I screamed and tried to stop it but couldn't do anything.

I leaped up with a gasp and clutched my head having a slight headache. A groan escaped my mouth.  I stood up getting ready deciding I would tell the hokage of this. I was soon dressed and left the house leaving a note on the kitchen bench telling my sleeping family I was going out. As I was walking to the hokages office I couldn't help but look down at the wring with always on it.

A sigh escaped my mouth as my nerves grew. I hardly doubt she'll believe me. I mean I wouldn't believe myself if I was told the stuff I was bout to tell her. But if this truly does happen and I don't do everything I can do to help I'll hate myself.

I made it to the hokages office and knocked. She told me to enter so I did then explained the reason for my visit. After I finished telling her she had a serious look on her face.

"I will keep this in consideration however I do not wanna raise alarm if not needed. But thank you for telling me." She said.

I nodded then left the office and walked through the village deep in thought. As I was walking i bumped into someone. I was about to apologise but stopped when I saw who it was.

"Really sensei I thought you were a jounin and you bumped into someone." I said with a smirk and crossing my arms.

"You do realise you bumped into him right?" Rico asked.

I rolled my eyes at Rico and I heard my sensei laugh.

"You haven't changed a bit have you kid." He said ruffling my hair.

I groaned and hit his hand away. He laughed and then took me out for breakfast. As we were eating we talked. When we were finished and walking through the village he noticed the ring on my finger.

"What's that?" He asked gesturing to the ring.

"Well Choji got promise ring." I said with a blush.

He smiled brightly at me and once again ruffled my hair.

"You've grown up. I remember when you were complaining about getting a mission to clean up chicken poop." He said with a laugh.

"Trust me if I got that mission now I would still complain." I said with a smile.

He laughed but then stopped and looked at me with a serious expression.

"I want to see how much you've grown. Meet me tomorrow so we can have a fight." He said seriously.

"Bring it on." I said with confidence.

He just smiled and I watched him jump away.

"Tomorrow should be fun." Rico said with a smirk.

"Yea I get a chance to show my sensei how strong I've become." I told Rico.

"Let's show him how hard you've trained " he said with determination.

I nodded and began to walk home.
