2: Off we go to Uncle Arbor!

Drayko was amazed at the advanced architecture of Jaynoos City. The buildings looked very clean and unique. Even the people looked way more interesting than in Hoenn. Their hairstyles and clothing was something Drayko never seen before. Coex was really something so far.

Drayko found a holographic map of the whole city. "Professor Arbor's Research Center", the sign read. It was in the center of Jaynoos City. Drayko began walking towards the city. As he walked, he saw many different Pokémon. There was a Pokémon that resembled a stack of hay with only its shining metal face seen. It had needle-like objects sticking out. "Wow! I have never seen that Pokémon before!", Drayko said in amazement as he saw more and more Pokémon.

Suddenly, there was something flying in the air. Something resembling a dragon. No, it couldn't be a dragon type Pokémon. It looked far too humanlike. It had jeans and a dark green shirt on its blue scaled form. The dragon-like figure had navy blue hair on its head. The dragon gazed at Drayko and swooped down. Drayko looked up at him in shock, not knowing what he was. The dragon then landed in front of Drayko.

"What, never seen a draconian before?", the dragon said, smirking. Drayko shook his head "no". "You came from Hoenn didn't you? I can really tell where somebody's from", the dragon said. Drayko nodded softly, still shocked. The dragon put his scaly blue hand out and smiled. "My name is Jacob. Just call make Jake". "M-My name is Drayko", Drayko said, smiling awkwardly as he shook Jake's hand that was larger than his. He tries to adjust to the slick scaly texture of Jake's hand.

"If you don't mind me asking...what are you?", Drayko asked nervously. "Ahh, typical Non-Coexan. I'm of the draconian race. Our people and humans coexist throughout Coex. Our region's name is short for coexistence. It's a place where all people and all Pokémon do our best to coexist into a great society". Drayko smiled at Jake.

"Where are you off to?", Jake asked. "I-I was off to my uncle's lab. He goes by Professor Arbor", Drayko replied. Jake looked at Drayko in a mixture of both shock and amazement. "You mean...THE Professor Arbor? The official Coex professor?", Jake asked in amazement. Drayko nodded, and Jake's eyes lit up in fondness of Drayko.

"I am a huge fan of his work! I can't believe I'm meeting an actual relative of Arbor! What are you waiting for? Let's go!", Jake said as he pushed Drayko into the way of his lab eagerly. Drayko smiled and stumbled to the ground a couple times on the way to the lab. "Looks like someone's excited", Drayko said, chuckling.

=5 minutes later=

The 2 finally arrived at the lab. The building was a dome-like structure and its grey layer shined. "We're here...we're here!", Jake yelled as he charged inside the lab. Before he went further, he was shocked by a thunderbolt caused by a Magnemite. Jacob fell to the ground, and a middle aged man walks in the lobby wearing a lab coat. He has green eyes and combed brown hair that's beginning to grey due to age.

"Who do you think you are? Charging yourself in my lab!", the man scolded Jake and then faced Drayko. "And for you...welcome to the lab, Drayko", the man said with a smile. He then puts his arms out. "How about a hug for your uncle Arbor?".
