10: Where's Jake and Violet?

Drayko was at the Simex City gym. Orqua defeated all of Ronald's Pokémon with ease. Ronald then began walking up to Drayko with a badge case. Each step Ronald took made Drayko more excited. Before Ronald presents the badge to Drayko, everything fades away and goes black.

Drayko opened his eyes and realized it was a dream. Everyone else was gone except Orqua, who was still asleep with Drayko. There is a note on the nightstand next to Drayko's bed.

"We went to look around Simex City some more. Don't worry, you'll find us", the note read and there is a signature from Violet on it. Drayko freshened up and put on his daily clothes and headed out with Orqua next to Drayko.

He searched the city, getting a muffin for his breakfast along the way. There was no sight of Violet or Jake. Worried, Drayko asked around about the whereabouts of his friends. He got no answers.

=3 hours later=

Drayko was at the Pokémon center, still waiting. "Did they ditch me?", Drayko though to himself. The nurse goes out her post and stands in front of Drayko. "Is something the matter?", asked the nurse. "I've been waiting for my friends and they haven't came back for a while. I'm getting very worried that they either left me...or worse", Drayko said and Orqua sighs.

"Are you talking about that blue Draconian and the girl with the dark purple hair?", asked the nurse. Drayko nodded. "I've overheard them talk about looking around the city and then they had plans to explore some of the forest surrounding Simex City", the nurse said.

Drayko walked out of the Pokémon center and out of the city. Drayko made it to the forest and walked through. "Alright Orqua, we need to find Jake and Violet. Stay with me", Drayko said to Orqua.

"Violet? Jake? Where are you?!", Drayko yelled through the forest, waiting for a response. Something shiny caught Drayko's eye. It was a gold button from Violet's leather jacket, covered in some sticky string that can only be produced by bug Pokémon. Drayko feared that his friends were attacked, even dead. As Drayko went deeper into the forest, the canopy blocked more of the light, thus making it darker.

Something was looking at Drayko from a branch. Drayko looked up to see what it was. It looked somewhat like a parakeet, but it was about 8 inches tall. It's feathers looked beautiful. Each feather was a different random color, ranging from the colors of the rainbow from red to purple. It's beak was a shining pink in color. It's beady black eyes looked down at Drayko and sung beautifully. Drayko scanned this Pokémon with the Pokédex.

"Parasweet: the parakeet Pokémon. A flying and fairy type. This rare Pokémon flys around in forests blissfully, searching for delicious fruits. It gives the fruit it finds to weary travelers and guides the lost. Parasweet can tell who is in need, and helps them".

Parasweet flies down to a lower branch in front of Drayko. It chirps happily. "I've been trying to look for my friends. I think they're in trouble", Drayko said to the avian Pokémon. Parasweet flys up in the air, chirping for Drayko to follow it. As Parasweet flys in a direction, Drayko follows it, occasionally tripping on a few twigs.

=3 minutes later=

Drayko is led to a semi open area in the forest, and sees 2 figures covered in sticky string, trapped on a gigantic web. Drayko looked closely to see who was trapped. It was a Draconian and a girl...
