You've always loved me,
Been by my side.
You understand family,
Though ours isn't grand.
I really do love you,
I don't tell you that constantly.
The only family I have,
The one who'll never leave me.
Though you've made mistakes,
Haven't all of us?
You've taught us how to live,
And you stayed there through it all.
You're nothing like my father,
'Cause you help us when we fall.
I love you to the moon and back,
You're my mom and my dad.
