Xavier~

I am patiently waiting for her to come outside. They have a really nice garden and I am trying to kill some time by observing everything around me.

The flowers lay scattered on the grass like frozen flames, bringing their cool blaze to the early morning. The apple tree must be the jewel of the garden. The way that it is planned in the middle of the garden, grabs everyone's attention. However the bark has a sort of creeping mildew and the leaves are curled in an unhealthy way. Most apples have a pink blush, but they all bore deep brown spots.

I wish I knew that she didn’t know that she had a brother. I was selfish enough and told her like it was nothing. I was stupid enough and got mad at her for something that she wasn't even responsible for.

I am mad at her mother because she never told her. I am mad at myself too. I am not any better than her mum.

"We can leave now if you want " Aria's voice makes me turn around

"If you're done then yeah sure " I say when I look at her.

"It's so nice to meet you Mrs Johnson" I turn to her mother.

"I feel the same way Alpha Xavier " her mum tells me.

"Goodbye Aria. Take care " she tells her while hugging her.

"I will be fine. Don't worry about me. Don't miss me too much " Aria laughs

"I can't promise you that " her mum says

She says something else, but her voice is so low that I can't listen.

"Will do. Take care mother " Aria tells her as she walks closer to me.

"So how did it go ?" I ask her as I lead her to the car.

"Better than I expected " she tells me

"I am glad then " I smile

"Now tell me, where do you want to go ?" I ask her and she looks very confused

"What ?" Her forehead us furrowed.

" I owe you a date " I smile once again and she laughs.

"So tell me " I ask her again

" I don't know " she shrugs

"How can you not know ? You've lived here your whole life " I say

"Wait, we're staying here?" She asks me surprised.

"We've made it this far and we'll leave that soon? Such a shame Aria " I tell her and she smiles.

"I'll show you around the Pack. You'll find out that this Pack is better than yours " she jokes around.

"I'm never going to say that " I say

"Don't be so sure. You don't have a chocolate fountain " she shrugs once again

"You have a chocolate fountain? "I shake my head, trying to accept that.

"No, but it would be nice if you replaced that fountain of yours with a chocolate fountain. This would be a very good reason to sneak out " she laughs

"Nothing can stop you from going outside. Don't need another reason " I tell her

"One day I will change your mind " she continues

"Keep dreaming " I snap at her

"We can walk from here " she say and I tell the driver to stop. We walk outside.

"We used to come here with my parents every weekend " she confesses

Entering the park, a slight breeze rustles the leaves making them fall to the solid ground one by one. The air is warm, the beams of sunlight glowing on my skin. Flowers are vast, and they conceal the freshly cut green grass. The pathway is nothing more than dirt littered with random rocks. The children are playing and the parents talking among each other.
