It was nearing Halloween now, and Liz, Mia and Luna had been planning to spend the breezy night at a rooftop not too far, admiring the skyline with a glass of wine. Or, the two of them order a glass of wine, before arguing about who has to buy Luna's. Either way, the night was meant to be spent with the three girls together. That is until Mia canceled on the two girls, telling them something important came up that she couldn't avoid. Liz was beyond angry, already on the subway on her way to Luna's apartment. In an effort to maintain the peace, Luna altered the plans, saying Liz could come over and the two girls could bake and rent a movie, because if anyone knew Liz Barns, she was a sucker for a good night in.

Waiting for Liz to arrive, Luna decided to call her boyfriend, having not seen his face or heard his voice in a couple days. With her legs pulled up to her chest, she perched her phone on top of a stack of books she elaborately placed for the perfect angle, listening to the annoying ringing of the facetime call. She was adjusting her hair when he finally picked up, her face disappearing into the corner as her screen was taken over by Tom.

"You look pretty," He immediately commented, noticing his girlfriend's neatly straightened hair, and delicate work of makeup. He could just imagine her humming to her "glam up" playlist, a mix of Beyoncé and old school One Direction songs, as she sat on the floor, mumbling curse words whenever she messed up in the slightest.

Luna smiled slightly, resting her chin on her knees. "Thanks, I was meant to go to this rooftop with Mia and Liz, but Mia had some sort of emergency so she canceled. Now, it's gonna be me and Liz making a cake and watching a movie."

Tom's eyebrows furrowed at this, "Mia's facetiming Harrison." No more than five minutes ago, Harrison got a call from the girl, causing him to leave the trailer to talk to his girlfriend in private. Mia was grinning from ear-to-ear, even as she was greeting Tom, not seeming like she was having any sort of emergency.

Any sign of a smile disappeared from Luna's face with this newfound information. She'd spent a hour getting ready, Liz had commuted all the way to her apartment, just for the two to be ditched for a facetime call. "Seriously?" Tom nodded, frowning when Luna let out a frustrated huff. "I was here defending her because Liz was annoyed, but now she ditched us for Harrison. I could understand if he was here, but it's just a facetime! It's not like she can't facetime him any other time."

"Are you gonna talk to her about it?" He questioned.

Luna thought about it for a moment, did she really need to? Had it gotten to the point where she needs to sit her own best friend down to tell her she's ruining their friendship? "I'd feel guilty," Luna admitted with a sigh, "She's in love, and I'd basically be telling her to control that."

"I get that," Tom nodded. "But at the same time, you said it yourself, they're a little too much. Or at least she is. I don't think Harrison knows she ditched you guys just to call him, that was all her. Maybe an intervention is what's needed."

Luna pouted, "I hate when you're right." Tom chuckled at this, leaning his head against his hand. "But I didn't facetime you to complain about Mia, so talk to me."

Tom shrugged, "Just filming, the usual. I'm sure your day was more interesting with baby Giraldo."

Luna rolled her eyes at the mention of the baby, the events of the day coming back to her. "I knew Diana would be a crazy mother, but not this crazy." She went on to explain that Diana Giraldo made her put on three pairs of socks, so her steps wouldn't wake the baby. This was followed by a slide-show on how difficult parenting is, and if she planned on doing it, then she shouldn't. Then Diana claimed she was useless and made Luna change little Elena's diaper, but got mad at the girl when she cursed under her breathe, despite Elena not even being close to knowing how to speak. "It was a mess," She sighed.

Tom was grinning throughout the whole thing, because despite it being ridiculous, it was a typical Diana thing to do. He'd completely let go of the fact that Diana tried breaking them up, putting it past him seeing as she was most likely going to be part of his life if he wanted Luna in his life. "Sounds like she'd give us a handbook if we ever babysat," He snickered, and Luna immediately agreed. "I guess it's good that I'm good with babies, since you're obviously not."

"Hey, I was always the baby, I never had to take care of little siblings," She pointed out.

"So you never changed the diaper of your doll?"

"How do you know I had a doll that wore a diaper, huh? Stereotype much?" Tom stared at her blankly, making Luna drop the facade. "I made Andrew change it because it grossed me out." Tom let out a loud laugh, Luna's cheeks flushing. She was prepared to defend herself, but her bedroom door opened, a blank-faced Liz stepping into her room, heels in hand. Luna frowned at the sight of her friend, but Liz simply dropped her heels on the floor without a word. "Okay Tommy, Liz is here. I'll text you later, okay?"

Tom nodded, not wanting to keep her any longer. "Okay. I love you, bye."

"Love you, bye," Luna blew him a kiss before ending the call. She turned to Liz again, the girl letting out a breathe as she sat herself on Luna's bed. "Boy, do I have something to tell you."
