After an traffic filled drive, Luna made it to her Mom's house. It was a nice house in the suburbs, one that Luna had been helping pay the mortgage for as a repayment for all the woman did for her. Walking into the house, she was immediately met by the scent of vanilla, meaning her mom lit a candle to rid the house of the smell of food.

"Andrew, why are you back already?" Victoria called out from the kitchen. Luna stepped around the corner, the sound of her bag hitting the counter making her mom whirl around. A smile instantly settled on her lips, and she rushed to hug her daughter. "Luna, bebe, why didn't you call? What happened?" She was gesturing to the large bag in Luna's other hand, a gym big that Luna filled with clothes.

She sighed, sitting on one of the stools. "Drama with Liz and Mia that I'm caught in the middle. Would it be okay if I stayed a few days?"

Victoria instantly shook her head. "It's no problem at all. I just wasn't expecting you, I would have made your favorite meal if I had known."

Luna cracked a smile, "Whatever you made is fine mami, you know I love your cooking." Victoria smiled at this, turning back to the pot on the stove upon being mentioned. "And coming here was actually Tom's idea."

Victoria hummed in delight. "I like him," She admitted, a smile playing on Luna's lips. "I mean, I had high expectations for him, and he met them all. Maybe exceeded when he went to the hospital with us."

Luna's eyes lit up. "The baby," She cooed, Victoria snickering. "Is she upstairs?"

Victoria nodded, gesturing to a baby monitor not too far. "She's sleeping, but it's almost time for dinner, so you can go wake her."

Luna wasted no time rushing up the stairs and into Diana's room, where baby Elena was sleeping in her crib. Luna let out a low coo at the sight of the baby, her little fingers wrapped around the arm of a teddy bear.

Luna was quick to snap a photo of the sleeping girl, texting Tom with a large smile on her face.
