A luxurious hotel filled with wealthy businessmen. Nakakaloka ang birthday ni Lolo Demmy, ang daming celebrities and respectable music artists. Hindi ako sanay sa gantong environment, but the music-filled ambience soothes me like everyone here is equal, just enjoying this night.

A man showed us to our seat. Mom and dad really looks great in this evening and there is a peculiar smile in their face. They are probably excited because of this concert party.

Nauna ko nang nakita si Kuya Matthew, Vienna at Sierra na masayang masaya na nakita ko, pero hindi ko pa din nakikita si Elijah at parang ayoko siya makita.

Tama lang na tinanggap ko yung invitation. An eat-all-you-can dessert buffet is a dream come true. Exquisite looking vanilla puff pastries and Dom Perignon infused truffles ang favorite ko at palagi ko na binabalikan. I will probably die of diabetes before the night ends.

"I am so much honored that you are here," sabi ng isang boses habang kumakain ako ng dessert. Pagharap ko, the man of the hour is there, he looks stunning in his black suit.

I hugged the old man again. Hindi ko macontain ang happiness ko dahil siguro sa mga chocolates and desserts. I guess that is what I get for not eating any dessert for three long years.

"You don't know how much your presence means so much to me, Kimberley Dawn."

"Ang tagal na panahon na may tumawag sa akin ng buo kong pangalan. I am sure andito siya pero di ko alam kung kaya ko siya harapin."

"Why is that? Di ba matagal na kayo mag kaibigan ng apo ko?"

"Lolo, he did not bother to visit me after I woke up from coma. Ayaw siguro niya ko makita. Sabagay, umalis na siya papunta Paris noon at hindi na kami nag-usap."

"Iyon ba ang huli mo naaalala?"

I was starstruck when I saw Cassandra just a few feet away from me. Akala ko Hollywood actress model or whatever. She's really alluring with her tight fitted red dress like Oh My God, I am nothing compare to her."

I noticed that the old man is looking at me curiously with a grin.
