My name's Alyanna Lightning. I'm funny, outgoing and a happy teenager.

Today is the month of July and I can't believe that it's Fair Day. I hate fairs..

I just walk around and see what it's like.. I'm with my bestfriend Pat, and we're having a conversation as we walked..

"Why not?" She said.

"Because... maybe, it's better this way." I said as I looked straight.

"Charlie's been apologizing to you for a year and all you do is treat him like he's invisible." She stated.

"Yeah, maybe because he's displeasing to my eyes." I said as I stopped because apparently, someone block my way.

"Hey. I got water balloons!" It's Charlie. He just doesn't stop with.. whatever he does.

"Would you get out of my face?!" I said angrily.

"Well, I'm gonna leave you two alone." Pat said as she left me and Charlie alone.

"Great, my bestfriend left me, thanks to you." I said mockingly as I bumped his shoulder.

Then he suddenly jumped out of nowhere infront of my face as I gasped at what he did.

"Shocked?" He said as he chuckled.

"My dad said never talk to strangers." I said as I move aside.

But he was definitely blocking my way out.

"What do you want, weirdo?!" I said as I crossed my arms.

"You... to forgive me... Easy as that." He seriously said.

"It's hard to say and also, hard to do." I said sarcastically.

"If you just hear me out--"

I cut me off. "Dude, what you need is a L-I-F-E!!" I said angrily as I spelled out the word 'life'.

I was about to walk away when he suddenly grabbed my arm.

"Please, just give me a chance." He said sadly.

"You know what? You're pathetic." I said as I glared at him and he lets go of my arm as I walked away.

I saw Pat, playing at the dart game.

"Hey, how was the talk with Mr. Liverwood?" Pat asked curiously.

"Stupid." I said.

"What happened?" She asked as she throws the dart straight.

"I don't wanna talk about it." I said as I looked down.

"Ah, great! I lose again!" She yelled softly as she touched my shoulder and we walked abreast.

"Talk to me." She added as we sat on a table in the cafeteria.

"He said that he wants me to forgive him.." I said as I played with my thumbs.

"Don't be nervous." She said.

"What? Anyway, I told him to get a life." I mumbled.

"Really? Wow, you're a bad girl." She teased me as we chuckled.
