Chapter 109: First Prom.

7:30pm

"And you're done!" Shay said excitedly as I look at myself in the mirror.

Not bad.. I guess sometimes make-up does bring out your inner beauty.

"Do you like it?" She asked.

Shay's not the only one here. Pat and Drea are here too.

I sighed. "I can't believe I'm going to prom." I said.

"Hey, you didn't even compliment my work on you!" Shay said sarcastically.

"It's looks great, Shay. Thanks for doing this.." I said happily as I stand up and hug her.

"You're welcome." She said as we pulled back.

"Guys, its already 7:30pm. We gotta go!" Pat said worriedly.

"Wait, are you gonna take a taxi?" I asked them.

"No. We have a limo waiting for us.." Shay said as she smirked.

"Where did you get it?" I asked.

"Jason's driving us.." She obviously said.

"Well, he is rich so.." I winked at them.

"That's why Belle is so lucky!" Drea said sadly.

"Why say it like that? Do you like Jason?" I tease her.

"No, can we just go?" She suddenly said.

"Alright, you guys go ahead. I won't be joining you.." I smiled.

"Why not?" Pat asked.

"Thanks for all the help. But I'll explain later." I said as I push them out of my room.

I heard footsteps going down the stairs. I looked out my window as I saw them, going inside the limo outside.

I sighed as they left.

I walk downstairs as I saw my Dad, looking at me.

"Hey Dad.." I said as I walk towards him.

"Look at you, you look pretty." He said.

"Thanks Dad." I said as I smile.

"Why didn't you went with your friends?" He asked curiously.

"Cause someone's already taking me there." I said as I chuckle.

"Who?" He asked.

Then the doorbell rang as I looked at the front door.

"Dad, I'm gonna hide so don't say a word to that person on the door." I said as I pointed at the door and I hide in the living room.

I just hope my Dad doesn't give me away.

I peered my eyes alittle at the front door as I saw Charlie, talking at my Dad.

"Mr. Lightning, is Alyanna alright? How is she?!" He reacted.

I'm so grounded after this!!

"What do you mean, Charlie?" My dad asked.

"She texted me that she got into an accident earlier because she was driving too fast.." He stated.

"What?!" My dad said, reacting to what Charlie said.

Alright, enough of this.

I walked out of the living room as I walk towards Charlie and my Dad.

"You..." Charlie's voice trailed off.

"Yeah, I know." I said.

"I thought you got into a car accident?" He said in a weird tone.
