Chapter 62: Getting Uncomfortable.

As we walked towards the ferris wheel, Charlie started to talk.

"Are you mad?" He asked sadly.

What if I am? What is he gonna do about it?

"I'm not." I fake my smile.

"What? You think you can pull that off? With faking your smile at me?" He seriously said.

How did he know that? He's good!

I turned my back to face him.

"Look, honestly... I'm really mad at what you did earlier." I said quietly.

He looked down.

"What? You want me to pity you?" I added.

"No." He said.

"Good." I slowly turned my back on him.

"What if I meant it?" He seriously said.

Then my heart started beating... Which is really weird...

I slowly turned around as he kept his eyes glued to me.

"What did you say?" I said.

"What if I'm starting to feel something?" He said.

"Is this a joke?" I looked at him.

"Why would I joke something like that?" He said.

I sigh and started walking towards the ferris wheel.

Charlie's POV

She's probably shock at what I said. I don't even know why I said that.

I followed her as we fall in line.

I was behind her as I kept looking at her.

"Alyanna." I whispered in her ear.

She slowly turned her back. "What?" She mumbled.

"I'm sorry about what I said.." I seriously said.

Alyanna's POV

I don't know what to say Charlie right now. I looked at the bench as I saw my boyfriend, just sitting there.

"Alyanna?" He snapped his fingers at me.

"What?" I said angrily.

"So you are mad?" He said sadly.

"I'm not mad, I just don't wanna talk right now." I stated.

"But I have something to say."

I suddenly turned my back and sigh.

"Please?" He poked my shoulder.

Can't he understand that I don't wanna talk to him?!

"Next!" The man yelled as I gave him my ticket as Charlie did the same.

I slowly ride on it and Charlie was sitting across me.. Then the ferris wheel started moving..

"What?"

He kept staring at me as he wants to tell me something important.

"I wanna talk." He said.

"I won't be listening to that." I crossed my arms.

"But you just talked to me.." He smiled.

Oh god, he's smiling again. It's weird that I find it charming.

"Look, don't think that we're friends now.." I seriously said.

"What? What do you mean?"

"I feel like we're back to normal.." I teased him.

"How?" He asked.

"Like you don't know." I suddenly kick his leg as he groaned.

"WHY?!" He yelled.

"I'm gonna act like I never knew a boy named 'Charlie Liverwood'." I sigh.

"Really?" He stand up as he sat beside me.

I moved aside. "You're too close.."

He moved even closer as I got to the edge.

"Now, I'm closer to you.." He smirked.

I was about to say something when the ferris wheel suddenly stop.

I held on Charlie's shirt as I squeezed my eyes shut.

"Is it over?" I asked.

"Yeah. You can let go now.." He said as I suddenly let go and cleared my throat.

I looked straight as I stared at the beautiful sunset.

"It's so beautiful..." I smiled.

"I bet you're not." Charlie said sarcastically.

"Don't you dare ruin my moment!" I stuck my tongue out.

"Alyanna, about what happened. I don't even know why I--"

I cut him off. "I get it, you're sorry so yeah, It's okay." I said.

"I am sorry."

"What's taking it so long to start again?!" I looked at the ground.

Suddenly, the ride went on. I was about to fall when, an arms went around my waist to pull me in.

I looked at Charlie as he looked surprised.

"You're so stupid, bubbles! What if something happened to you?!" He said angrily.

"Thank you." I smiled.

"You don't have to thank me. I just want you to forgive me." He said as he stared into my eyes.

I was about to open my mouth when our ride was over.

I got off the ride as I started walking away, leaving Charlie there.

I just don't know what to say anymore.
