After class, I walked inside the cafeteria as I made my way to the kitchen.

"Hey Alyanna." Natasha said. She was chopping onions while sitting on a chair.

She's been working her for 5 years. She's sweet and nice to everybody. Except she treats people badly when they don't like her food.

"Hey Natasha. I'm working here..." I sighed.

She looked shocked at what I said.

"Did my ears deceive me? What happened? Sick of being a good girl?" She teased.

"No, it's Charlie's fault.... Why does he have to ruin my life, Natasha?" I whined as I sat beside her.

"You and Charlie were great friends back then, what happened to that?" She asked.

"You know, things change and... people change.." I stated.

Obviously, people knew that me and Charlie are really close. We're like bestfriends if I say so myself. We do everything together. Watched movies, play together, hang out as much as we can... But all of that... started to fade ever since the incident happened.. I don't even like talking about it. Everybody knows what happened which hurts me sometimes because--

"Did you get it?" Natasha said, making me looked at her.

"Get what?" I asked as I smiled.

"I said go outside and serve people their foods. I need a break!" She whined.

I chuckled as I stand up. "Alright. Hey, I better get some free food later!" I said as I walked out of the kitchen.

"You got it!" I heard her yelled back.

I pulled my hair up into a bun as I inserted a hairnet through my hair. I wore an apron around my body as I tied it at the back and grabbed a scooper for the food.

Today's special is... Corned Beef and Mash Potatoes.

It's so nice working here in the cafeteria. I just serve people their food. So easy!

"Here." I put a big pile of corned beef on the boy's plate and smile at him.

"Do you have corn?" The boy asked.

He looks like a 5th grader because of his height. He's so tiny!

"Sorry, there's no corn here." I said sweetly.

"Whatever." He moved aside.

Rude much? I hate people like that especially Charlie Liverwood! Ever since the incident, he's been nothing but bad to me. I'm never gonna forgive him! That little--

"I guess someone's having fun..."

With that voice so familiar, it made me looked up as I saw weirdo again.

Reasons why hate him: He's just really weird and irritating. I just wish I didn't met him and not be my classmate for the stinkin' year again!

"Yo!" He said as he wave his hand to my face.

"What are you doing?" I raised my left eyebrow.

"I thought you were inlove at my beautiful face as you stared at me for 5 seconds." He smirked.

"In your wet stinkin' dreams, weirdo!" I said sarcastically.

"Why are you mad at the costumer? Isn't the customer always right?" He said as he looked at me.

"Sorry, this isn't a restaurant." I glared at him.

"I'm still right, you know. You should be nicer to me." He said as he looks down at his tray.

"Why the hell would I be nice to you?" I scoffs.

"Cause if you don't, I might tell your mom about how mean you are to me!" He said.

Mom? I missed her. He doesn't even know because I never told him. Why should I? After what he did to me, I don't think so. He's just a pain in my life! If he didn't prank me, then we would still be bestfriends... But no, he just had to do something really stupid to make me be mad at him.

"Are you like under control or something?" He asked in a weird tone.

"What the hell are you talking about?" I said mockingly.

I looked at the tuna salad as I remembered that he hates tuna.

I scooped a big pile of it as I placed it to his plate. I smiled at him.

"Here! Enjoy your tuna, sir!" I teased him.

"Wait, you know I don't eat tuna, Alyanna." He whispered worriedly.

"Well, that's not my problem now. Please move aside."

"You have to replace this, Lightning!" He yelled slightly.

"Can't. What I give you is what you're gonna eat. Cafeteria rules." I said as I pointed at the frame where all the rules are listed.

"You know what will happened if I eat this." He whispered angrily.

"I'm sorry, weirdo. There's nothing I can do about it. Please move." I said sweetly as I scooped a corned beef on my scooper.

"See?! Why can't I just eat that?" He asked as he gestures to the scooper.

"The corned beef doesn't like you!" I said mockingly.

"Whoa! Meat talks now?! Saying 'I don't like Charlie so don't let him have me!!" He mocked.

"Please move.." I rolled my eyes.

Before he can say anything else, I cut him off.

"Move, man! Can you not understand what I said?! There are alot of people in line." I said while pointing at the people in line.

"I'm not leaving until you replace this freaking tuna!" He crossed his arms.

"Alright. You leave me no choice, Liverwood." I said as I walked back to the kitchen.

"Hey, there's a stupid thing who won't move and kept complaining about the food." I said as I sighed.

Natasha suddenly stand up as she walked out of the kitchen.

See, she hates it when people complains like Charlie.

"Where is it?" She said angrily.

"There." I said as I pointed at Charlie.

Then Natasha went to Charlie. She started to yell at him and... oh, that's... well, let's say she's saying 'things' that shouldn't been said to a boy.

"I think that's enough, Natasha." I said as I pulled her back from Charlie.

"Wow. Uhmm.."

"Just go away, Charlie." I said.

"You don't scare me." Charlie said mockingly as he cleared his throat.

"How about me?" Natasha seriously said.

"Mmm-hmm! Tuna, gotta love them!" He said as he ran, holding on his tray.

"Thanks for helping me." I sigh in relief.

"Anytime. I never let anyone hate my food." She said as she chuckled.

We high-fived as we smiled at each other.

"Now go and serve!" She added as she walked back to the kitchen.

I started to do my job again. Good thing that Charlie left. I hate seeing that weird face!
