I started to walked downstairs.
I saw my Dad.
"Dad, good thing you're here. Can I go somewhere?" I asked his permission.
"Going to Charlie's?" He asked teasingly.
"What? No, just... uhh... the park... It's really hot in here.." I said as I smile innocently.
"I saw him walked out earlier. He looked really angry.." He stated.
Wow, thanks for making me feel better, Dad. I can't believe he saw Charlie.
"What did you do to him?" He asked.
"I did nothing wrong to him.." I lied.
"Really? Maybe you did something wrong to yourself.." My dad looked angry.
"What?"
"Why were you drunk last night?" He seriously ask.
"Drunk? I wasn't drunk!" I lied again.
"Keep lying until I hit you again." He threatened me.
I sigh. "I'm sorry, Dad. It's just that... I miss my boyfriend.. and I'm counting the days that he'll come back. Only 9 more days to go."
He started to chuckled.
"What's funny?" I asked.
"Nothing. Just go to Charlie and apologize." He pushed me out of the house.
I suddenly turned around.
"What?" I mumbled.
"You're grounded after this.." My dad closed the door as I started walking to the streets.
Weird? I mean, how did he know that I did something wrong to that weirdo? But more importantly, why did my Dad chuckled when I talked about Logan?
I didn't realize that I just pass Charlie's house.
As I walked back, I sigh and walked right up to his front door.
As I rang the doorbell, I heard footsteps coming towards the door.
I'm so nervous. What if he yells at me when he realized that I was wrong all along? Well, I can always kick his leg.
The door opened to reveal a guy who look like he lost a bet or something.
"What do you want?" He said angrily.
"Can we talk outside for a minute?" I suggested as I pointed at my back.
"No. Just tell me what you want." He snapped.
So he's not the kind one..
"The fresh air is nice.." I smiled.
"Wow, you can manage to smile like that while I glare at you?" He said sarcastically.
"Glare? You didn't glare at me." I stated.
He suddenly glared at me. "How about that?"
I sigh. "Look, I came here to say sorry and not be insulted by a weirdo." I snapped.
"Well, I didn't stand here just to listen to a girl who kept begging me to go outside." He snapped back.
See? This is how we communicate with each other.
"It's alright. If you don't wanna listen, that's okay with me." I turned my back.
"Bye." He said as I heard the door closing.
I suddenly turn around as I held the door.
"Hey, get out. I'm going to close it.." He seriously said.
"Well, I have something to say.." I said as he gently open the door.
"Now you're being nice?" He scoffs.
I breathe deeply. "I hate you, weirdo."
"What?" He said.
"You heard me, I hate you.." I said.
"So you came all the way here to say that?" He said mockingly.
"Did I say that I'm done talking?" I scoff.
"Fine, what else?" He crossed his arms.
"I wanna say... I'm sorry... Cause... I.. didn't mean to say that..--"
I wanna continue but he cut me off.
"You're sorry? Did you even know what you did to me last night?" He said seriously.
"Yeah, I... you know..." I said as I brushed my hair behind my ear.
Yeah, I started kissing your cheek and I was being flirty. Can you forgive me now?
"No, because you don't remember--"
I suddenly yelled. "I DO REMEMBER! I STARTED STRIPPING DOWN MY CLOTHES AND KISSING YOUR CHEEK AND HOW.... I BECAME ALL FLIRTY, CALLING YOU BABE! I REMEMBER EVERYTHING!"
I just felt the needed to take that off my chest.
"That's the bubbles I know." He smirked.
Is he serious?!
"You wanted me to say it, didn't you?" I said sarcastically.
"Maybe?" He said teasingly.
"Then why did I even waste my breath on you?" I sigh as I looked around.
"Hey! If you didn't say anything, you think I'd forgive you?" He said sarcastically.
"I'm sorry, Charlie." I said as I looked down.
"I liked the fact that I pity you." He said as he pinched my cheek.
"Oww!" I said as I punch his shoulder.
He touched his shoulder. "Nice punch, you're giving me an injury." He groaned.
"Good, I would love to be your nurse and treat you with unknown medicines.." I smiled mischievously.
"What did you say?" He seriously said.
"Can I come in?" I asked nicely.
"Why should I let you in?" He said.
I pushed him aside as I walked inside his house.
