Chapter 5: Charlie's Turn

Charlie's POV

Honestly, I hate that girl! She makes me wanna hurt her in so many ways! Not one girl ever talked to me like that. Well, except my mother. I can't believe that she just can't give me a chance to explain to her the truth.

Flashback.

It was the first day of Junior Year in school. Then I decided to prank my bestfriend, Jason. He's been pranking me sometimes, now it's payback time! I plan that when he walks inside the classroom, me and our classmates would put powder on his face then throw papers at him. It will be the perfect humiliation! I'm so bad! By the time I saw Jason walking towards the classroom, I went inside the classroom and hid behind the back of the classroom as I saw my classmates hide too. When I heard the door open, me and my classmates started throwing powders and papers at Jason. But I got shocked 'cause it wasn't Jason who we pranked, it was a girl! She had long hair, the height by 5ft and looking so inoccent. Then she cupped her face and started crying and walked out of the classroom. I actually didn't saw her face because I was at the back. I didn't see her clearly. I followed her and would like apologized to her about the prank. When she turned around, my eyes widden as I saw Alyanna, my bestfriend, crying infront of me. I never thought that she was the girl I pranked. Then she started yelling at me and she definitely shut me off...

Ever since then, we never talked or even look at each other. I kept apologizing but she just won't give me a chance.

"Man, you okay?" Jason said, interrupting my thoughts. He's one of my bestfriends. He's like the soft and pervert one.

"Of course, why'd you ask that?" I said as I looked at him.

"Well, you look blank for like 5 minutes." Logan said, one of my bestfriends. He's the nerd one.

"I was just.... thinking..." I mumbled.

"Yeah, sure you are!" Jason teased me as he took a bite of his french fries.

"When you had one wish, what would you wish for?" I blurted.

"A girlfriend that can do everything I say!" Zack suddenly said with a smirk on his face as he took a sit beside Jason.

"What's up, guys?" He added.

"Well, our good friend Charlie here is still doing his same old routine to Ms. Lightning." Jason stated as he looked at me.

"Routine?! What routine? You guys are crazy!" I said as I crossed my arms.

"Really? You're calling us crazy?! Maybe you're crazy!" Zack said as they laughed.

"I think she's kinda cool." Logan blurts as she glanced at Alyanna.

"Cool?! All she knows is to study and get a 'good grade'. What's so cool about that?" I said as I put air quotes on good grade.

"Come to think about, you guys are perfect together. You're both nerds!" I added as I chuckled.

"Nerd? She's like... me?" Logan mumbled.

"Why do you think she always carries books all the time?" I said mockingly.

"So she doesn't have to share books with other classmates?" He said in a weird tone.

"No! Because she's too careful that it might get dirt and ripped on."  I said mockingly.

"Charlie, easy man.." Zack calmly said.

"I'm just saying what's the truth."

Then the bell suddenly rang, meaning recess time is OVER. Now, I have to clean toilets! So disgusting!
