Charlie's POV
So 3 months has passed, and next thing I know, it was October.
The play is coming up and I'm very excited! Romeo Montague, it even sounds great when I say it in my head! I can't believe I'm excited for the play.
Then I lay on my bed for a while and texted Sam that I'm gonna be on my way to pick her up as I'm taking her out tonight on a date.
I like her but I never actually courted her. Atleast she said yes when I asked her out.
Then I heard the doorbell rang as I know my limo came. And as I jumped away from my bed, a photo frame fell and broke.
When I carefully picked it up, It was a picture of me and Alyanna. We were at the park, sitting in the bench that day.
I smiled as I recall the memory of the picture. I took the picture out and put it in my pocket.
Me and Alyanna... haven't talk like for 2 months or so because I think she hates me.
I hope not. I didn't mean to be a jerk!
Then I rushed downstairs and I saw the black limo that was parked infront of my house.
"I feel rich." I mumbled.
Of course, this isn't my limo. Its Jason's.
I walked inside the car as I closed the door and the driver drove to Sam's house.
Alyanna's POV
"Are you sure about this?" I asked nervously.
"You suggested this. Do you wanna go home?" Logan said worriedly.
"No, let's do it.."
We walked inside his house as he held my hand.
"Hey brother!" Her sister, Lindsey, hugged her. She's 15.
"Hey Lindsey." He hugged back but quickly pulled back from it.
"Who's this girl?" She points at me.
I looked at Logan.
"This is my girlfriend, Alyanna Lightning." He introduced me to his sister.
"Oh, she's pretty. Let's go. They're waiting for us.." She said as she walked to the kitchen.
Logan and his family are actually having a family dinner. And we're making the big announcement.
As we got to their dining area, his mom was sitting across the table. His dad on her left.
"Sweetie, you're home!" His mom exclaimed.
He walked to his mom as he gave her a kiss on the cheek.
"Who's that, sweetie?" Logan's mom asked as she pointed at me.
"Oh, well.. Everyone.." His voice trailed off as he walked towards me. "This is my girlfriend, Alyanna Lightning.." He introduced me to his family.
"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson. Its so nice to meet you.." I said as I smiled at them.
"She is one pretty girl, Logan!" Logan's dad said.
"Of course she is." He said obviously as his dad chuckled.
"Please, come and join us for dinner.." Her mom invited me in.
"Alright, thank you Mrs. Wilson.." I said as Logan pulled my chair out and I sat on it.
He sat beside me as we smiled at each other.
Charlie's POV
Me and Sam are in this fancy restaurant in downtown, LA.
We're eating italian spaghetti and steaks. Its sorta expensive but I guess it was worth it.
"Are you enjoying your steak?" I asked as I took a sip of my juice.
"Yeah, but isn't it kinda expensive?" She said worriedly.
"Don't worry, I'm paying for it." I smiled as she kept eating.
"It's weird.." She said.
"What is?" I asked.
"That you ask me out.. I thought you didn't like me?" She said teasingly.
"Well, that was before.. The past few days, I started to feel something.."
"Oh, but this isn't a date, alright?" She said.
"What?" I said, looking confused.
"I mean, like tomorrow.. Its not like I'm dating you just because we went out.." She stated.
"Huh?" I made a weird look.
"I'm just.. I really need to think more about this whole thing.." She smiled.
"Oh, okay.." I looked down at my food.
"I'm sorry, I hope you understand." She apologized.
"It's alright..." I mumbled.
I actually thought that we could be dating right now but.. I guess she's not ready..
Alyanna's POV
After the family dinner, Logan walked me home.
As we walked, I started to speak.
"Your family was great. They're really nice.." I said.
"Yeah, but sometimes they're not." He joked as I chuckled.
"Your sister's cute." I said.
"I think she likes you too." He said.
"Hmm, but sometimes she has this thing when her heart breaks.." He added.
"Tantrum?" I guessed.
"Yeah, she's just nuts when it comes to love.." He sighed.
"Were you nuts about me?" I said teasingly.
"You? I liked you since the day I saw you at the cafeteria." He stated.
"Really?" I looked surprise.
"What?"
"Nothing, I just never saw you looked at me." I said.
"That's because you were too busy serving." He said as I chuckled.
Then I saw my house.
"Well, this is my house.." I said as I stand near the gate.
"I know.." He looked at me.
"Right. So... Uhmm.. Thank you for dinner.." I said.
"Of course. Uhmm... Goodbye.." He said as he waved.
"Bye." I said as I turn my back.
"Hey Alyanna?" He said as I quickly turned my back.
I'm waiting for a kiss...
"Is it okay to call you 'babe'?" He asked.
"Yeah, sure.." I smiled as he smiled back at me.
"Bye babe." He said as he turned his back and walked away.
What happened? Why didn't he kiss me?! We're dating and he didn't even kiss his own girlfriend! What went wrong?
Charlie's POV
I walked around the car as I opened the door for Sam. I closed the door behind her as we walk up infront of her door.
"Thank you for dinner, Charlie.." She said.
"You're welcome." I said as I placed my hands on my pocket.
"Well, I should go inside.." She pointed at the door.
"Right.."
"Goodbye, Charlie.." She turn her back as she walked inside her house.
Man, why doesn't she wanna go out with me? I'm a lovable person. Maybe its because I'm a bad boy..
