Alyanna's POV
As days passed, the weekend came fast and today was a tiring Sunday afternoon! I've done nothing but do my homeworks for 2 days. I wish homeworks never existed! Kidding. I'm just really tired and exhausted!
After 2 hours, I was done with my homework! Finally!! Then I decided to call my friends so we can hang out today..
"Hello?" Patricia said on the phone.
"Hey Pat! Wanna hang out today? We can go to the mall!" I said excitedly.
"Sure, what time?" She blurts.
See? She loves shopping! I really think most americans do, even boys I think. Even though, they don't admit it.
I looked at my clock (It was 1:30pm) "Around 3pm, is it okay?" I asked politely.
"Alright!" She said then hung up.
I should hung up first! Well, I can't blame her, she just loves shopping!
Then I called Shannon and Andrea and told them about our girl's day out. And definitely, they said yes to me. We girls, love shopping!
An hour later..
I already wore my outfit. It was a white shirt with a black jacket with skinny jeans and some black converse then I placed the strap of my black purse on my left shoulder.
Obviously, I like the color black!
I took a good look at myself in my mirror. Maybe you're asking why I'm not wearing make-up? It's because I don't like it. I think most of us girls use make-up but maybe, I'm the only girl who doesn't. I mean, what's gonna change anyway?
I sighed and walked out of my room. I ran down the stairs as I walked inside the kitchen to see my Dad, eating.
See, I don't have a brother or sister so sometimes, it's pretty lonely here. It's just me and my Dad. My mom? She's---
"Where are you going, sweetie?" My dad asked as he interrupted my thoughts.
"I'm just gonna hang out with my girls at the mall, is that okay?" I asked nicely.
"Looking like that?" He said as he chuckled.
"What's wrong with it?" I said as I looked at my shirt.
"You just look a... little different.." He said in a weird tone.
I used to wear bright clothes and dresses. But now, I wore t-shirts and skinny jeans.
"But even though, I'm wearing this. I won't be different around you, Dad." I said as I planted a kiss on his right cheek.
"So can I go?" I blurted.
He chuckled. "Of course, just be careful and be back before 6pm."
"Yes, Dad. Bye Love you!" I said as I walked out of the house.
I sorta heard him yelled back but I just didn't get what he said. I am now walking to the sidewalk to Pat's house.
Charlie's POV
"Hey mom, do you need any help?" I asked as I smell her cooking in the kitchen.
"No, but thank you dear." She said politely as she stirred.
"Are you sure?" I asked.
"Yes, just go to the living room." She said as she faced me.
"Don't you want me to go to the store and buy you--"
She cut me off. "Charlie Liverwood, just go to the living room." She demanded.
"Alright!" I said as I walked out of the kitchen.
I'm in the living room, just laying in my couch. Thinking of what to do today. I can't believe I didn't make plans with anyone today. It's so boring in my house. I don't wanna watch tv because it's all about the news.
"Charlie, what's wrong?" I heard a voice as I started to sit up and looked at my Mom, smiling at me.
"The house."
"What?" She asked, looking confused.
"The house, it's so old and very... nevermind." I said as I stand up.
She walked towards me as she started hitting me.
"Ow! Ow! What are you doing, Mom?" I said as she kept hitting me.
"Why would you say that this house is old?!" She yelled slightly as she hit me one last time.
"Alright, alright." I said as I surrender.
"It's just... that... I'm bored and... you know..." I added.
"I know, it's been years since your father died." She said sadly as she touched my shoulder.
"He didn't died. He's just lost." I said as I looked down.
"Why can't you accept the truth?" She said sadly.
I sighed as my mom hugged me as I hugged her back.
"Thanks Mom." I whispered against her neck.
And instead of rubbing my back, she whacked my head!
I suddenly let go of her as I touched the back of my head with my right hand.
"What was that about?!" I said angrily.
"Don't bring up your father like that again." She said as she walked out of the living room.
"My head really hurts.." I mumbled.
Then my phone started to ring. I reached for my left pocket as I took my phone out.
I looked at the screen.
Incoming call: Jason
I answered it. "What?!" I said on the phone.
"Someone's a bit angry today." He teased me.
"What do you want?!" I asked mockingly.
"You busy?"
"Yeah, why?" I lied.
"Don't you wanna go to the mall with me?"
"Do you have girls with you?" I asked as I smiled.
"No, my girlfriend would definitely be mad at me." He said worriedly.
"And don't you want that?" I said as I chuckled.
"Want me to kill you?" He threatened me.
"Like you can reach me here." I said sarcastically.
"Hey, what the hell did you call me anyway? Looking for a fight?" I added.
"Oh, I'm in the mall and I need your help." He said politely.
"I don't have money so just go home." I said sarcastically.
"No, I just want you to come and see me here." He said.
"Why? I'm very busy, walking to nowhere." I said as I walked out of my house.
"C'mon! Just go to the mall and I'll explain everything." He said as he hung up.
"Hello? Hello?" I said as I looked at my phone.
He hung up on me? What a coward! Maybe he knows he can't beat me.
I started to dial his number. Gladly, he answered it.
"What? Are you at the mall yet?" He asked.
"Nope, just called to take back what you did to me." I said as I hung up.
That's better. I wonder what's with him? Why does he need my help? He can't eat alone? Isn't Belle with him? So many questions, so not like me. But I guess, I have to find out. So I guess my day won't be boring after all.
