We're still in the kitchen, getting to know each other..
"Are you sure I haven't seen you before?" I asked.
"I already seen you. Many times." He said.
"Really? Are you stalking me?" I seriously asked.
"Why would I do that? Someone would be pissed if I do that." He said as he chuckled.
"Who's that someone? Your mom? Are you a mama's boy?" I teased.
He started to stay quiet.
"Nevermind what I said." I said.
"What?" He asked.
"You mean, you didn't hear what I said?!" I said angrily.
"Why are you angry?" He asked nervously.
"Just forget it." I sighed.
"Alright, then maybe I--"
I cut him off before he even thought about leaving me here.
"What school do you go to?" I asked as I ate one of my french fries.
"Skywoods Academy." He said.
"No way! Me too!" I said excitedly.
"I actually saw you in the cafeteria a week ago. Sorry for calling you cafeteria girl." He apologized.
So it was not a celebrity's name? I feel alittle hurt.
"Do you mean that or you just feel pity on me?" I seriously asked.
"What?" He asked.
"I'm just saying... what about if I worked at the cafeteria? Do you really feel sorry for it?" I asked seriously.
He started to laugh.
"What?" I said.
"You and my friend are definitely meant to be together." He said as he smiled.
"What friend? The one who likes me?" I asked.
"Yeah, you talk like him. He's very sarcastic and a pain!" He said sarcastically.
Sarcastic and a pain? I just hope it's not Charlie.
"Hey.." He said as he looked straight at me.
"I'm sorry I zoned out." I apologized.
"It's alright. I better get back to my girlfriend."
Girlfriend? I can't compete with a girl who's already taken.
"Girlfriend? Who?" I blurted.
"The birthday girl." He said as he smirked and walked out of the kitchen.
When he told me that he was Belle's boyfriend. That's when it hit me!
Belle mentions me sometimes about Jason. I always knew that name was very familiar.
I walked out of the kitchen as I saw Belle and Jason hug and kiss.
Now I feel a little envy. I wished I had a boyfriend like Belle. Sweet, kind, caring and gentle.
I walked to them as I smiled.
"Hey guys." I waved.
"Hey, Alyanna." Jason said as he smiled.
"Oh, I was supposed to introduce her to you... but I guess you guys met." Belle said sadly.
"Isn't she cute?" Jason said as he pinched her left cheek.
"I know I am so you better not cheat on me!" She said angrily to Jason. Then Jason went behind her as he hugged her back.
"You guys are sweet!" I said as I smiled.
"I'm sweet but Belle's not." Jason joked as he kissed her cheek.
I chuckled "So.... how long have you guys been together?" I asked curiously.
"About 2 years." Belle said as Jason let go of her and held her hand.
"Nice, you better hold on to her, Jaz! Or else.." I threatened Jason.
"Yes ma'am." He said.
"Do you have a boyfriend?" He suddenly asked.
Can you be that? What's with you, Alyanna?! That's your bestfriend's boyfriend!
"No. I don't want one." I lied.
"I think you should. Find one in the crowd." He said as he nod his head to the dance floor.
"You guys want me to hook up with a stranger?" I said mockingly.
"They're our classmates." Belle said.
"No thanks, I hate strangers!" I joked.
"Just go there and talk to boys!" Belle said as she and Jason walked away.
Maybe I should? Maybe not? Thoughts are running to my mind..
Then all of a sudden, I got thirsty. As I turned around, next thing I know I got juice poured all over my beautiful white glittery dress. When I looked up and my eyes widden as I saw that the guy poured juice on me was Charlie Liverwood. Why would Belle invite this weirdo on her birthday party?!
"I am so sorry!" Charlie said worriedly as he looked at me.
"LOOK WHAT YOU DID TO ME!!" I yelled.
"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to--"
"Forget it." I cut him off as I wipe the juice off my dress.
He suddenly took some tissues and starts wiping my arms but instead, I shoved him away hard..
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU PERV?! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DID THIS TO ME!!" I yelled at him.
I also got the attention of the crowd.
"Alyanna, I really didn't mean to do it." He said as he walked closer.
"DON'T COME ANY CLOSER!" I warned him.
He stepped back alittle.
"I didn't mean it. I swear.." He said sadly.
"Are you happy now?" I said.
"What?" He asked.
"YOU THINK THAT I DIDN'T KNOW THAT YOU DID THIS ON PURPOSE?!" I seriously said.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!" He yelled back.
"What? Now you're yelling?!" I said angrily.
"Hey! You did it first!" He said.
"Look, I'm sorry that I spilled my juice on you. I didn't mean it." He added.
"Didn't mean it?! You mean it! Just say that you do!!" I yelled angrily.
"Hey, what's going on?" Belle asked as she and Jason walked by my side.
"I think I had enough. You!" I said as I looked at Charlie.
"What?" He said worriedly.
"Don't you dare talk to me, see me, or even look at me." I threatened him.
"Happy Birthday, Belle. Sorry for ruining your party." I apologized to Belle as I ran out of her house.
I can't believe he did that! I thought this night would be fun but... it became the opposite of that! Why does he always have to ruin my life?!
I didn't even notice that I was crying while walking home. I didn't bother to call my Dad because I don't want him to know what happened to me. Then It started to rain.
Great, I'm walking home wet!
The truth is... I was actually ready to give him a chance but he just blew it. I will never ever forgive him again..
