Dear Draco,
I don't really know what to write; I'm awful at writing letters, which you will soon come to find out. But you asked me to send you a message when I got home, so this is me sending a message. I also realized that I never really thanked you for calming me down after Cedric's service. I mean, I said thanks and all, but really, thank you. I felt like I was about to combust.
Anyway, I don't know quite what to say. I'm happy for a break from school, I guess, as much as I love it. My summer will probably be boring and uneventful. Maybe I can sneak away and meet you at Diagon Alley if you ever get tired of writing letters. Or not, that would be fine too.
I'm sorry, I can't write letters to save my life. By the way, you should burn this so your parents don't see. I can't imagine this would go over well with them.
Whatever this is.
Well, get back to me when you can, if you want to.
~F.L.
Dear Felicity,
I'm worse at writing letters. Thank you for the message, though, and you're welcome. For after the service. Seeing you would be really great. I can go to Diagon Alley whenever you want. I'll be burning all letters sent, don't worry. My parents won't catch us, and hopefully your family won't either.
I don't know what 'this' is either. All I know is that it's something good.
Of course I want to talk to you.

Dear Draco,
As if, I'm bloody awful at writing. You're welcome for writing, though I probably would've whether you'd asked me to or not. Whenever my hand gets tired, I'll meet you at Diagon. My grandmother is too lazy to question why my poor Marvin is flying around so much, and Nev doesn't care. Speaking of Marvin, don't you have an owl? Don't tell me you chose a toad for your pet.
Something good. That sounds about right.
Even if I haven't written back, send me a letter whenever. I want to actually hear from you this summer. Sorry if that's weird or as clingy as Parkinson is.
~F.L.
Dear Felicity,
I would win the who's-worse-at-writing-letters competition any day. Make sure your hand tires soon, I want to see you. I feel bad for Marvin, and no, I don't have a toad, but I wasn't allowed a pet by my father. He said they were a distraction.
And Parkinson definitely wasn't a good choice. Much clingier than you, though. Not that you're even clingy at all. I want to hear from you, and see you, this summer, too. I don't care if that sounds clingy.
-D.M.
Dear Draco,
Funny, I think my hand is going to be a little tired sometime this Saturday, around noon.
Sorry, but your father is kind of awful. I know that sounds bad, and don't take offense, but if you can keep up whatever this is between us, and look past the fact that I'm a blood traitor or whatever, he should let you at least get an owl for God's sake.
Sorry if that was rude, I guess I get a little riled up sometimes. Though I'm sure you've noticed that before. It's not easy to overlook. I'm glad you don't care. I've decided that I don't either. But tell me if I ever do get too over-bearing, as it's bound to happen at some point.
