They headed down to the empty parking lot of an old abandoned shop and Karoline quickly got everything she needed, drawing the symbol on the table as Alayna set up the Holy Oil ring. She trusted Gabriel not to hurt either of them or turn them in to the Angels, but she didn't trust him to just sit down and hear her out. Karoline chanted a small verse in Enochian, in such a fluent way it made Alayna wonder how much time she spent practicing with Castiel.

She didn't have much time to wonder this as a crack of lightning shot through the sky and the wind picked up, wiping Alayna's long brown hair around her face. Then he was there standing in front of her, his whiskey colored eyes drinking her in and a smirk on her lips.

"Sweets," he tilted his head at her. "To what do I owe the pleasure?" Alayna didn't say anything just quickly struck the match and dropped it to the ground. The circle lit up instantly, trapping Gabriel inside the circle. He groaned out loud, "is this really necessary?"

"I just want to talk." Alayna crossed her arms.

Gabriel let his eyes travel passed her to Karoline who gave him a small wave and he rolled his eyes, "I'm all ears." He smiled sarcastically at the brunette.

Alayna looked back at her sister as the blonde came up beside her and she let her chocolate brown eyes travel back to the Arch Angel. "I want to know about Elijah," Gabriel's eyebrows shot up at that. "About Lucifer and Charity. About me and sealing the cage. All of it."

"Look at you cupcake, taking action. It's sexy," Gabriel couldn't help but break out in a wide grin, Alayna just tossed him a withering look causing him to sigh. "Okay, alright. Serious time," he straightened out his jacket as he attempted to be serious, well as serious as he could be. "What do you want to know?"

"Who's Elijah?"

"He's an Angel, one of the higher ranking ones. He used to be Michael's right hand man." Gabriel admitted and Karoline frowned at that, how did he switch sides to Lucifer than.

"So, he's like Lucifer. And you?" Alayna asked with a slight frown.

Gabriel let out a scoff, "no, Elijah is the Easter Bunny compared to Lucifer. He's not an Arch Angel, he's only a foot solider."

"If he was Michaels right hand man," Karoline took a small step forward, her arms crossed. Gabriel turned to look at her like he had forgotten she was there. "How come he serves under Lucifer now. Something obviously happened. What changed?"

"You're smarter than I gave you credit for," Gabriel looked her over quickly, bouncing his eyebrows. "Aurora happened." Both girls shared an irritated look at the mention of the blonde and Gabriel let out a soft sigh that echoed their look. "She never liked the idea of being tied to one person, much less Michael. He's kind of a dick. So, when she met Elijah, who was all charming and studious," Gabriel put on a posh accent, holding himself up straight with a roll of his bright eyes. "She fell for him."

"She had an affair." Karoline looked at the short Arch Angel incredulously.

"Yup," He popped the 'P' clapping his hands. "Michael was furious. He sent her to a place he likes to call... Ex Tempus..." Gabriel visibly shuddered at the word causing both girls to frown. Karoline looked over at Alayna knowing she was thinking the same thing. Was this the place Michael was talking about when he told Dean he sent Aurora away? "And Elijah... Let's just say the only reason he's still alive today is because Lucifer offered him protection.

"In exchange for his loyalty." Alayna filled in.

"To this day." Gabriel finished with a shrug, shoving his hands into his jacket pockets. "That's why he wants Lucifer and Charity free so bad, if they're top side he's got his ace in the hole. Michael won't be able to lay a hand on him."
