I sat in front of my computer desk and I opened up Software Writing tab. Yes, guys. I am a writer. Is that so surprising? People like me are always doing work. But, I'd never look at writing as work. Because as far as I'm concerned, when you have a passion for something.. and you're doing it for a living, career or on the whole, it's not considered work.
I started typing away at my computer.. coming up with ideas and thoughts immediately. But, I swear that encounter we had with T.B.B.C is still stuck in my head, replaying itself over and over again. I cannot, for the life of me get Heath's evil smirk out of my head.
He's just so perfect. I hate him for it. Because it makes him a big, egotistical jerk. They take advantage of the fact that they can cause a girl's ovary explode with one look or smirk. Yeah. My ovaries exploded when he smirked at me today. Sue me, dude. And his eyes are so captivating. His gaze is so intense, your cheeks will automatically heat up, just by the way it made you feel. Along those lines, he even had my mom freaking out.
Suddenly, I felt a soft material smack me behind my head. I turned around and met my best friend sitting there smirking at me. I forgot she was even here. I'd gotten so into writing. Sheer likes to stay here because she doesn't really like her parents. My mind was too busy babbling about Heath. But, I can't help it if he's hot.
I glared at Sheer. "What was that for?" I asked her.
"You're seriously paying no attention to me." she whined, pouting.
I spun around fully in my chair. I gave her a sheepish look. "I'm sorry, Sheer. But, you know I'm a public journalist. People are waiting for me to post. I promise when I'm done, we can watch a movie or something, okay?" I asked.
"Do I have to start twerking again, Charm?" she threatened.
"Oh dear, God, no. Just.. read a magazine until I'm done, will you?" I rolled my eyes. Sheer can be so immature at times.
"No," she whined. "Come watch a movie with me now." She was like an nagging girlfriend.
I groaned. "You and Cameron seriously need to get back together."
"Me and who?" She looked at me like I was insane. "Uh, no we don't. He's boring." she said.
"No. He's a gentleman." I corrected her.
Cameron was definitely Sheer's most sane and normal boyfriend ever. And because of his normal behavior, they broke up.
She scoffed. "Whatever. He's your type not mine. I just thought he was cute." she shrugged.
"That's not a reason to get in a relationship with someone, Sheer."
"It was mine. My thing is..find someone cute, then get to know them after. And, if they're terrible, then we break up."
"Why don't you just save yourself the trouble?"
"I like being fractious." she said, shrugging. And, she's telling the truth. She loves being difficult. All the time! But she knew that her logic made no sense at all.
