We all walk together
But we are all alone
The society we created implies we are attached from the start
But our very existence rears us far apart
So I imagine there's no color
We walk grey toned aside each other
The only things that burn
Are the mind and the heart
The only thing that brings us together
Also tears us apart
You see if life was like we were heading somewhere important
I don't think we'd ever reach our destination
We might feel love
Or revel in happiness
But we will never fulfill our purpose
Even if we even figure out what it is
Because as a people there is one thing I know for sure
Once we've found the end we always start looking for more
