How far hath heaven fallen that we walk here below the ground?
How much have we forgotten that we follow the footprints of the past?
When will we discover that there's a reason things come to pass?
I'm no stranger to making wrong choices
Hiding my mistakes
I'm no stranger to repeating failures
Falling victim to myself
But I know there's something better
I'll find it out there someday
I'm getting closer I can feel it
At least I think so anyway
