HARRY STYLES POV
"No," I gasped. Lizz looked up at me with inquisitive eyes. "Say it ain't so!" I cried as I ran toward her and knocked the book out of her hands.
"Harry! What are you doing? Pick that up!" I picked it off the floor and dropped it on her lap like it was burning me.
Twilight.
"You are actually reading that book?" I asked, still incredioulous.
"Yes. I reread the Twilight series every summer. Since I was in fourth grade."
"Are you serious?"
"The books are actually very good. The movies gave the whole thing a bad rep," she sniffed.
"My best friend is a Twihard," I said in a disbelieving tone as I put my hands on my face and fell backwards onto the bed.
"Stop being such a melodramatic middle-school girl," Lizz chided as she got back to reading.
"Your mom's a melodramatic middle-school girl," was my brilliant come back.
"Really? Harry? It's gotten to that point? "Your mom" jokes? Do you understand how sad that is?"
"Stop asking questions!" I said exasperatedly. She laughed and went back to reading her book.
"The Ryders will be back any day now," I commented.
"I know. Then we are going to see the Fourth of July fireworks a few days after that."
"I like fireworks."
"Fireworks like you." I rolled my eyes at her and turned the TV onto an episode of Psych.

LIZZ MAYBERRY POV
"Wake up, it's Christmas!" Harry shouted in my face, yanking the covers off my bed. I immediately rolled into a tight ball at the loss of warmth.
"It isn't Christmas, Harry," I opened my eyes long enough to glare at him.
"Wake up, it's the Fourth of July!" He tried again. He grabbed my shoulders and dragged me to my closet. I finally opened my eyes for real. He was wearing red, white, and blue to the max. He had an American flag t-shirt, a sequined blue jacket, red and white pin striped shorts, and he was wearing my red Crocs on his feet. He must have got the jacket when we went thrift shopping the other day. My shoes were way too small for his feet and his heels hung off the back, but he looked so happy I didn't say anything.
Suddenly a shirt was on my head. I stood from the ground as I grabbed and unfolded it. "What is this?" I asked, eyeing the t-shirt that was the same as Harry's.
"My aunt got them for us. Cool, right?" Harry said as he picked out a pair of short red shorts and a blue knit cardigan for me to wear.
"That's nice of her. Since when do you pick out my wardrobe?" I asked as I changed into the clothes. Harry didn't leave the room, he just turned away in the other direction. I guess you could say we were really comfortable with each other.
"Since I'm a world famous singer and have people pick out my wardrobe. After a while, you get the hang of it."
"Look at what you're wearing right now. I don't think you've gotten the hang of it yet," I said skeptically. He scowled and stuck his tongue out at me.
"Oh, come on now. Thank you." I snick up behind him and jumped on his back, tickling him.
He had absolutley no reaction. This could not be more awkward. He swung me around so I was hanging on the front of his body. "Stop being such a child," he said with a serious face, but I could see the jokingness in his eyes. I jumped down. "Good thing you're ticklish!" He yelled, running after me. I yelped and ran away. I found refuge in the bathroom. I grabbed my iPod and quickly penned a tweet. "@harry_styles is not ticklish. Do not try to tickle him. That was very awkward."
