Dress above~
I walk out of my room wearing a elegant appropriate black dress with black boots, I wear the heart bracelet that Toby bought me with it and my hair in two braids, I put the engagement ring Toby gave me on my middle finger as I still want to wear it. I make my way to the board room where dads called everyone important too.
I quietly enter and sit down beside my father, "good evening" my father whispers to me I just look at him annoyed, he sighs "I'm sorry Luna" he pleads I just roll my eyes and face the other way. I make small talk with the girl sitting next to me, she's one of our best female fighters. Her names Autumn, she has red dyed hair and green eyes, she has a brother in the pack called Michael and she's 21.
Once everyone is here my father silently stands up "thank you all for joining me on such short notice" my father starts. After his long speech on his much the pack means to him and shit he gets to the point "which is why, I'm retiring" he says as he gives a calming smile, everyone looks over at me some smiling and some gossiping, my father takes a deep breath "I've made a huge decision for the future of the pack" my father says looking at me noticing my dirty glare towards him, he sighs "Luna will not be taking place of Alpha, she will become Beta and Logan a new pack member will become Alpha as I have all my trust with him" he says looking at Logan. The room falls quiet for a second there's a mixture of gasps, people looking around confused, people gossiping and some just silent staring at my father. I lower my head as I really don't want to be here, there's so much tension now and I can feel people wondering "why?" But I don't even know the answer.
I sit there silent avoiding eye contact for awhile until I hear my father speak again "I know it's a shock to everyone but as we all know Luna isn't in the right place to lead a pack after Toby leaving us" my father says calm. I can't believe him?! He's kidding right?! My wolf is growling an to be honest I probably am too but the silence is deathly I can't hear anything "excuse me" I whisper under my breath as I stand up and just walk straight out closing the door behind me, I can hear people starting to gossip in there but I don't really care.
I quickly strip into my bra and underwear and dive into my bed as I pull the covers over me "agh!" I yell into my pillow as I hear a knock on the door "go away!" I yell, I hear my door open "I said GO AWAY!" I yell as I hear a light chuckle "I'm sorry your father pushed your boundaries" I hear a deep voice whisper as I feel a weight on my bed, Logan. I roll over to look at him "why are you here?" I ask annoyed "because you looked like you needed someone" he says giving me a smile "what I need is you to go away!" I yell as I push him off my bed causing him to fall on the ground "hey!" He yells annoyed "that was uncalled for" I give him a sly smirk "I was just wondering though" he starts, I roll my eyes "oh no" I whisper, "who's Toby?" He asks as he sits back in the bed "it doesn't matter" I say as I fiddle with the ring "you seemed hurt when your father mentioned him"
I roll my eyes and dig my face into my pillow, he moves my hair to the side then stops "didn't take you for the type to get tattoos" he says as he out lines the tattoo I have on my back "who's it about?" He asks as I push his hand away and cover my back with the blanket "can you mind your own business!?" I yell as I once again push him off the bed "cute bra you got there" he says smirking I punch him in the stomach warning him to leave me alone "can you please leave" I ask as I pull the blanket completely over me I hear him sigh as he walks out quietly shutting the door.
'His really caring' my wolf whispers I roll my eyes 'don't even start' I say growling.
I doze off to sleep knowing my father will wake me up soon.
