"Wait... what?!" I yell the guy digs the knife into my arm "could you not?" I say he looks at me confused "you don't know who your messing with" I say he laughs in my face so I roll my eyes and turn wolf breaking from the chair "WHAT THE FUCK?!" He yells I turn back and launch on him ducking his blood "oh hunny I'm a wolf cross vampire cross witch, be careful who you mess with" I say before tying him up with a spell, stabbing him and leaving.
I make my way back to the club and go to the bathrooms cleaning myself up.
"Where were you" Ryder asks as I find him "some crazy guy looking for you kidnaped me" I say annoyed he freezes "don't worry I know your secret, I guess now I have to tell mine" I say he looks at me smirking. I grab his hand and lead him to the bathroom where it's quiet.
"So you know of my abilities" he asks, I nod "uh-huh" I say.
"What are you?" I ask he looks at me confused "dude I'm not stupid, humans don't get abilities like what you have" I say he sighs and looks away "yeah, your right" he says I nod and grin. He gulps "I'm a shapeshifter" he says biting his lip I roll my eyes "seriously?! That means I have to kill you" I say disappointed h spits his hands up in defence "I'm only half shapeshifter" he says scared I sigh "I'm guessing your a wolf" he says I nod "uh-huh, I'm a wolf, vampire and witch" I say his eyes go wide "WHAT?!" He yells I giggle "yeahh" I say he walks up to me smirking "show me your real identity" I say biting my lip he chuckles "Sky I'm only half shapeshifter which means my true identity isn't the normal creepy shapeshifter, this is my true identity" he says I look at him confused "Wait really?" I ask he chuckles and nods "well I had a great night, thank you" I say as I grab a knife from my dress, he sighs and closes his eyes. He shifts to someone I recognise very much, my father.... Toby. "Don't" I say as I feel a tear fall down my cheek, he quickly turns back "who did I just turn to? I just felt the urge and couldn't control it" he said. He looks up and sees me with tears in my eyes "oh god I'm sorry!" He says as he runs up to me hugging me "get off me" I say, he does. "Goodnight" I say as I hold my knife to his throat, "Sky please don't" he says not sounding scared "I didn't want to use this on you" he says stern I look at him confused "put the knife away and kiss me" he says stern I go to laugh but instead my body does what he says I drop the knife and grab the collar of his shirt pulling him towards me and kissing him. I have completely no control of my body, 'did he just...' My wolf asks I mindlink her back 'yup he manipulated me, he used his power on me'
I finally pull away and he smirks at me "fuck you!" I yell as I punch him in the face, he stumbles backwards and hits a wall. "Ow" He yells I smirk "okay so I can't kill you" I say annoyed he grins "but you can give me your number" he says I cross my arms "and if I don't?" I ask already knowing the answer "you'll kiss me again" he says I roll my eyes and grab my phone from my pocket.
I walk to the bar. Ryder follows me "can I get some ice?!" Ryder yells as a bartender turns and looks at his black eye and grins "what happened?" The bartender asks. Ryder he bites his lip and I giggle "I got on this girls bad side" he says looking at me. The bartender laughs "he kissed me" I say crossing my arms "You are a good punch" the bartender says passing ice to Ryder. I grin "thanks" I say looking at Ryder, he flinches as the ice touches his eye. I smirk "I'm gonna go see the girls" I say he nods.
I walk towards the dance floor looking for the girls.
I finally find Rose drunk with an older guy. "Where are the others?" I ask as she sees me, she stands up and walks to me "everyone but Bailey has gone home, it's 2AM" she says as the older guy stands up and grabs her waist "okay, how olds he?" I ask. She giggles "20" she says turning away from me I gulp "uhhhhhh... okie dokie" I say walking off.
"Hey do you want a ride home?" I hear behind me, I turn and see Bailey "Oh that would be-" I start but I'm cut off by Ryder "unnecessary" he says grabbing my waist, She smiles and walks off.
"What the hell?" I ask he grins "I'm driving you home" He assays leafing me outside "uhm sure?" I say nervously.
Luna's POV~~
I hear a car pull into the driveway so I get up and walk out the front. Theres a unfamiliar car parked in the light. Skyla steps out of the car followed by a tall guy. 'His not human' My wolf yells protectively I nod 'I know' Skyla looks up as she smells my scent.
Skyla's POV~~
I give him the directions to my house. We laugh the whole car ride and to be honest I want it to last. He pulls up in my drive way and we both get out. I instantly smell my mother's scent, she's standing just out front door. I look over at Ryder as he walks over to me but then I smell someone else's scent.... it's Eric. His standing on the balcony. Ryder walks over to me cupping my cheeks not even knowing there's people watching, he kisses me but this time I have control of my body, yet I keep kissing him. "Thanks for a great night" he whispers in my ear, I blush.
"Ahem" I hear from the door "uhm hello mum" I say as she steps into the light "this is your mum? She looks like your sister, you look so young your so lucky" Ryder says amazed I giggle so does my mum "what are you?" She asks abruptly he goes silent "I'm a wolf an a witch. now tell me, what are you?" She says he bites his lip. She glares at him "if I tell you you'll try to kill me... like she did" he says looking at me, I growl. "Eric get down here" my mum yells obviously knowing Eric was on the balcony the whole time.
Eric jumps down landing perfectly and walks over to us.
"You know what to do" Mum says to Eric, meaning she's gonna get him to read Ryder's mind. "He reads minds" I whisper to Ryder as my mum glares at me, I shrug.
"Half shapeshifter, he can see the future and manipulate the mind" Eric says starring at Ryder as if he wants to rip his throat out. "Skyla kill him" my mother says stern, I just ignore her "now"
"I can't" I say annoyed she hands me a knife "enjoy the show" I say as I hold it to his throat smirking he smirks back "drop the knife and kiss me" he says stern, the knife falls from my hands and my hands wrap around his neck.
"Get off her!" Eric yells as he launches at him with a knife. Eric misses Ryder completely resulting in the knife finding its way into my arm. "Fuck" I yell as the pain rushes through my veins "oh my god I'm so sorry" Eric yells. I pull the knife out of my arm, push Eric to the ground and hold it to his throat, he smirks. He rolls me over so his on top and his the one holding the knife "Eric don't touch my daughter" Mum yells, he ignores her.
He leans down kissing me but the kiss stops fast when Ryder grabs Eric and starts punching him. I stand up throwing the knife away and just walk inside, Mum follows me.
"Skyla, I'm so disappointed in you" she says grabbing my arm. I turn and look at her "I know what happened between you and Eric, and I'm not happy you went clubbing" she says strictly I roll my eyes "Midnight was there" I say pulling away. She sighs and lets go off my wrist "your not getting the point Skyla" she says upset, I ignore her and walk up the stairs. "Skyla I'm your mother, Midnight isn't. I've done so much for you but still at the end of the day you still hate me, what more do you need" she says with her voice cracking "I need... I need you to let me live my life how I want to" I say walking off.
Luna's POV~~
"I need... I need you to let me live my life how I want to" Skyla says walking off. I feel a tear fall down my cheek. I walk into my room and sit on my bed, crying.
I wish my dad was here and Toby or even Logan... but it seems every guy that comes into my life soon leaves.
