I wake up early and walk downstairs to the kitchen. Aaron is leaning against the counter drinking blood? "Blood?" I ask he turns to me "yeah I'm half vamp" he says, I nod and walk over taking a sip from his drink, he smirks. "Why you awake so early?" I ask sitting at the counter, "I can't sleep when I'm worrying about Dawn" he answers I nod "I wanna stab her" I say crossing my arms he chuckles "same".
We talk for awhile until we hear someone coming downstairs, "it's Hunter" I whisper as I smell his scent. Aaron grabs my hand and runs downstairs to the bottom floor, we walk into the guest room and I bite my lip. "Wanna go for a run?" He asks as he opens his bag with all his clothes in it "Uh sure" I say walking out and upstairs to my room to get changed.
I walk back into his room and his playing the Xbox, "you took your time" he says laughing I roll my eyes.
We walk outside talking about random stuff. I stop at the edge of the woods and smirk at him "race you" he says before turning into a dark grey and black wolf, he sprints off not looking back. "CHEATER!" I yell as I quickly turn wolf form and try to catch up, I can see him not too far ahead so I push myself to go faster, I can see him right in front of me so I jump over him and run ahead of him. I look over and his beside me running at the same speed as me, I look back ahead of me but I'm too late. I see a tree coming right at me and I don't have time to stop or move.
I hit the tree at full speed causing me to black out.
I wake up and I'm in human form and Aaron is carrying me through the woods "my head" I whisper as I feel my head spinning "your awake" he says stoping and sitting me on the ground. "I'm taking you to the pack hospital" he says crouching down, "I don't want to go to the hospital, I need to get to a pack meeting" I say holding my head, he sighs and thinks about it for a second "fine" he says lifting me back up effortlessly. I wrap my arms around his neck and lay my head on his bare chest. "We are close" he whispers knowing I have a horrible headache right now.
I open my eyes and I'm laying on the guest bedroom bed. I lay there for a few minutes until Aaron walks in wearing only a towel and he has water still dripping down his body. He notices me awake staring at him and he chuckles and walks over to me "How's your head?" He asks I shrug he smirks 'stop fangirling' my wolf says laughing, I bite my lip "I'm gonna get dressed" Aaron says turning his back to me and walking towards the walk-in-closet "you don't have to" I say not even realising I said it out loud, he turns around and raises an eyebrow while smirking, I go bright red "Sorry uhm.. I... you... uh.. well... I... uhm..." he chuckles and walks over to me "cat got your tongue?" He asks playfully, I pull his body towards me kissing him, he pulls away smiling at me "I'm gonna get dressed now, unless you want-" he starts but I interrupt "don't finish that sentence" I say giggling he smiles and walks into the walk-in-closet.
I stand up and walk upstairs to my room. I walk into the closet and Dawn is still there, I grab my black dress I usually wear to the pack meetings.
