Demi's POV
Serena Marie Mason is kissing me.
It took me a while to relax in the kiss. I couldn't believe what was happening. I could never ever even think about her kissing me
Serena pulled back "See you later demz" she smiled and walked out as if nothing happened. She walked out and left me breathless, left me wondering.
I found myself still staring at the door she walked out, five minutes later. I went to my living room and grabbed my phone. She answered after the second ring "hey"
"I need you to come over right now" I commanded
"What happened?!" Marissa worriedly asked as I heard her get up
"Don't worry, just come over" I calmed her down
Marissa let herself in ten minutes later and found me sitting on the couch
"What happened?" she asked again
"Serena-"
she cut me off "Serena what? Did you fight again?" she threw her arms in the air
"No, let me finish!" I said way too loud which made her sit down next to me and she threw her arm on my shoulder
"She kissed me?" I asked more than I said it
"She kissed you?" she asked in disbelief
"Yes Marissa, she kissed me" I now surely said
She just looked at me, not knowing what to say
"Was she drunk?" she finally asked and made me laugh "No she wasn't"
"how did it feel?" she asked and made me face her with a confused look on my face "what?"
"how did it feel?" she repeated "I mean, you like her and you probably thought she was straight. How did it feel to have her kiss you?" she asked
I just stared at her "Come on, don't look at me like that, I know you want to talk about it"
I smiled "it felt so good" I whispered
"Did you feel sparks?" she laughed
"More than that" I answered still smiling like an idiot
"Do you think she felt it? How did she react after the kiss?" she was going to ask more questions but I cut her off "I honestly don't know, she just said 'see you' and walked away"
Her eyes widened "She didn't kiss you in public, did she"
"Are you crazy?" I laughed "she kissed me right there in the hall" I said while pointing to the hall
"So that's your second kiss with her, but the first you remember" she said and smiled
"Let's pretend that the first one didn't happen" I laughed "I was drunk and this one is special because she's the one who kissed me!"
"Demetria likes Serenaaaa" Marissa sang
"Shut up" I laughed
"I can't believe she kissed you" she laughed and her eyes fell on my outfit "Oh wait, now I get it" she teased and made me cover my face and laugh
Serena's POV
I got home and greeted my mom
"You already got dressed for our dinner plans, how nice" she laughed looking at the dress I was wearing
"Yes sure mom" I laughed back
"I feel like I haven't seen you in days" she said
"I was at Demi's" I smiled
"You've been friends with her for days and I still didn't get to see her" she pouted
"Google Demi Lovato and you'll see her" I joked and she laughed, still thinking I was joking
"Didn't I ask you to take a selfie? I was serious about that!" she said and made me roll my eyes at her use of the word selfie
"I'm still working on that" I said, but as soon as the words left my mouth, I remembered the pictures we took with flour and eggs in our hair
"Wait!" I yelled "I do have pictures" I grabbed my phone and my mom jumped up and down clapping like an excited little child
"Mom you're so childish" I rolled my eyes
"oh shut up, and let me see the pictures" she walked over to my side of the table
I showed her the pictures and smiled at the thought of our food fight "You see mom?"
her jaw dropped "That's really her!" she shouted
"No really mom? I didn't notice" I sarcastically answered "Lets go have dinner though, I'm starving"
My mom followed, still in shock of the pictures which I found incredibly amusing
"we're here" I pulled over at the restaurant and we walked out of the car.
Dinner dates with my mom had always been my favorites. She's young and understands most of the things I tell her. She tries to give the best advice and is, besides annoying, very funny
The waitress came up to us and we ordered our food
"So, how is she?" my mom asked
"who? Demi?"
"Of course, who else? I mean, is she a nice and stuff because it's not because she's famous that she can be rude and you know"
I smiled at her. My mom absolutely hates rude people and thinks everyone should be nice, no matter what your career is.
"Yes she's very nice. Like I told you before, I didn't even know she's famous. She's very down to earth and didn't even want me to know about her career"
her eyes widened "she doesn't know you know?"
I shook my head "no, she knows"
"you should make her come over once" my mom wiggled her eyebrows and made me laugh
We ate our food in a comfortable silence. I was thinking about what happened at Demi's. I kissed her. why? I mean, I did exactly know why. When I saw Demi in that outfit with her hair all made up and her makeup perfectly done, all I wanted to do was crawl on top of her. I was surprised I could hold myself until we were in her house after she sassed that guy with the camera.
I felt a lot of things when I kissed her. There was definitely something. Maybe I'm not straight? But I've never felt something like this for a girl, but on the other side, the only guy I ever liked was Nick, and I didn't even feel that many things when he kissed me.
She's special. Demetria Devonne Lovato is special.
"Serena?" my mom brought me back to reality
I looked up at her "yes?"
"I asked you if you're done" she replied
I looked at my plate and noticed I had eaten all of it without noticing. "yeah, let's go" I nodded
We payed for our food and headed home. "I like your dress, by the way" my mom complimented Demi's dress
"it's Demi's. I mean, she gave it to me" I lit up when I mentioned Demi
"Aw, look at you finally making friends" my mom booped my nose
I didn't even roll my eyes, I didn't even walk away. I just smiled and nodded
"Well I'm going to bed" she yawned and left me there smiling, thinking about Demi.

THIS IS SHORT AND BORING BUT I KINDA JUST WANTED TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THE KISS AAAAND I WANTED TO UPDATE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE THIS WEEKEND BECAUSE IM GOING ON A SCHOOL TRIP AND WON'T BE ABLE TO UPDATE FROM MONDAY UNTIL FRIDAY SORRY BUT ILL TRY TO UPDATE AGAIN TOMORROW BC IM NICE OK ILL STOP YELLING TO YOU NOW BYE
