Alaska's P.O.V
Carefully do I open my eyes after I've contemplated to do so for the last half an hour yet I've been too scared as I can already tell how much it'll hurt.
Altough I'm confused, first off have I woken up on a sofa in a living room that for sure isn't mine and secondly am I pretty sure I haven't been here before.
"Hello there, how ya feeling love?"
My hurting eyes groggily search the room to find the person to which the voice belongs to and soon enough do I spot him walking over to me from what I assume is the kitchen.
"Sorry, I'm Joe by the way, you're probably way confused right now"
He chuckles as he sinks down next to me on the sofa, his topless torso and grey jogging bottoms making me feel as if it's his home I've woken up at.
"Yeah, I mean"
My memory is totally blank from yesterday and it scared me as I usually never got so trashed I started to get memory loss from it.
"Conor just went down to get some sleep like an hour or so ago, he's been up here with you all night after what happened. Want me to go down and get him?"
He smile as I bite my bottom lip, Conor, why was Conor here, I'd no memory of going to his last night unless we met at the club.
"No let him sleep, he needs it"
I pull up my legs up to my chin, confused over the fact that I wasn't wearing my dress anymore, instead I had an oversized T-shirt on that I didn't recognise the smell of at all. It wasn't Conor's aftershave anyway.
"Alright, You want anything, water?"
"You got something for the headache?"
He nod, patting my back as he stands up to walk back over to the kitchen where I'd first spotted him earlier.
I watch him take out a bottle of water from the fridge along with a packet of paracetamol before he join me back on the sofa.
"Thank you"
The cold water is nice on my dry mouth and I swallow a couple of tablets hoping they'll make life a little bit easier to get through today.
"So you remember anything from last night or?"
The man that I now know as Joe cross his legs and lean back in the sofa, waiting on me to answer him.
"Crazily not a thing, it's blank and I'm not usually like this so I'm kinda freaking out right now"
He nod understandably as I pull the thick throw tighter around me.
"You got spiked, well most likely, it's not confirmed but you were totally gone and Conor quite literally had to carry you out from that club last night. That's probably the reason to why you don't remember anything"
"You should be happy Conor saw you or you'd probably got taken home to some sketchy guy"
I nod, the confused and anxious feeling still present as we sit in silence. Why had I as a kind and nice girl been spiked by some random stranger.
And I'd never be able to thank Conor enough for caring as he did, I knew he had a heart in there somewhere even though he normally doesn't show it.
"Anyway, Georgia called last night"
Joe stand up and leave me on the sofa, going to get what I assume is my phone from the dining table behind me.
"You talk like you know her after what I assume was one short phonecall"
