Chapter 9, Learning The Kaio Ken

(Wayra's POV)
    I see Daniel walk up. We were in the forest where no one would find us.
"So." I say. "What special techniques did you want to teach us?" He begins to explain.

(Wayra's POV)
    "The Kaio Ken is a technique that allows you to increase your speed, power, and abilities. You can increase the Kaio Ken to increase your power, but do it to much and you'll pass out, even die. Let me show you."

He backs up at first then shouts, "KAIO KEN!"

All of a sudden, a red aura surrounds him. His magic power seemed to have increase as well. I stand there, amazed, and then the aura disappeared and his power decreased.

"Now you try," he said.

(Wayra's POV)
    I take a breath and concentrate everything I know. Then I shout "KAIO KEN" and a faint red aura surrounds me. It wasn't much, but it was something!

(Wayra's POV)
"Not bad," Daniel says, "I'm surprised you managed that, it took me three days to even get that."

"Really?" I ask.

"Yeah, and when I did manage to get it right, Goku then wanted to spar me. I swear, if there was a reward for 'Most exited to get in a fight,' it would go to him."

"Did you win?" I ask.

"Oh heck no," he replied, "He maybe stubborn, but he's way stronger than me. Then again, I was stubborn too, I increased the Kaio Ken to times fifteen before he took me out. Even going triple is hard for people like you and me. Keep trying for a while, I'm going to have a look around."

(Wayra's POV)
"Ok." I say. "And when you come back, maybe I can see if there is anything I can teach you? I know a few helpful things I would like to teach you if you don't know them."

Daniel nods. Then he walks away.

I keep practicing Kaio Ken. It was the same. I kept managing the faint red aura, but I did start to notice the increase in power. As I practiced. I wondered if Daniel found anything.

(Daniel's POV)
    I walked around the forest for a little, wondering how Draco was doing. Every time she disappeared like this, I always felt a little sicker, a little weaker than when she'd stay. Then again, I never knew if she was still with me either.

"Lookin for me?" Said a voice.

I turn around, and there she was, except she was wounded.

"What happened?" I asked.

"I did as you asked," she said, "Went to all the worlds you went to and warned them. When I was coming back, I accidentally ended up in some dark world. I heard a wicked laugh and some demon girl attacked me. I don't know who she was or where she came from, but she's not alone. Darkstar's with her."

I start to shudder. Darkstar, the only reason I left Remnant. He was basically my dark doppelgänger that was created by Salem. Why she did, I have no idea.

"You sure it's him?"

"Yeah," Draco replied, "Nightmare armor, demonic broadsword, and sounded like you with an evil tone. It's him."

That actually makes sense, Darkstar is the only person I know that can summon whatever he wants, he could be the one behind the Forsaken.

"Stay with me," I said, "Stay visible as well, if he's really here then I'll need your help."
