Chapter 20, Albedo?

Wayra A. "Cristalina Starr" Klocker Gregori-Owner
(Wayra's POV)
Ahh this is relaxing. I don't even have to fly myself. I can just sit back, and let Daniel do all the work!

"Thank you Daniel, this way I don't have to fly myself!" I laugh.

"You can fly?" He asks.

"Sort of, I can use my air bending or fire bending to. All air benders can fly if they meditate a lot and unlock that power. But i'm not at that level yet, its just pure flight! There aren't any wings involved, so it's interesting how it works. But I can still fly myself! Please don't drop me though, I'm still working on speed."

He laughs. "Of course im not gonna drop you!"

"I didn't think so!" I answer.

We keep flying for a while so I relax and close my eyes for a while. Before I know it, I have fallen asleep. I have another dream that River and Jaxon introduce me to. In this one, everyone that was suffering in my last dreams is happy and arrived safely. I sigh. I feel my chest rise and fall so I must have actually sighed outside of the dream to. I wake up a little while later.

"Sleep well?" Daniel asks.

"Very, thank you." I answer. "I think I'm gonna try to unlock the flight power in my air bending. It would really come in handy and I wouldn't have to use Chi in air bending to propel myself up for a short amount of time." I close my eyes again and begin to meditate. I didn't really know exactly how to do it... So it could take a while, and several meditation sessions. AND the fact that pure flight is a legend to even the airbenders. But I was confident that I could do it!

Just then, white smoke streaked towards them. A wizard was apparating.

(Wayra's POV)
Startled, I open my eyes. My eyes grow wide.

"Albedo? How the heck did you get here, you can travel between worlds to?!" I stared at Albedo. Something seemed different. Was he... YUNGER?! But I had just seen him, and he had aged, just like people who are normal seem older after 20 years! How the heck was he young again?! "A-Albedo? How are you young again?!"

"So this is Albedo?" Daniel says. "I'm confused, time difference made 20 years pass in this world. How is he this young?"

"Thats what I would like to know!" I say. Daniel is still hovering in the sky, carrying me as we stare at Albedo apparating to stay in the sky.

"What are you talking about?" Albedo seemed utterly confused. "Where am I? I was working on a project for technomancy. I spoke with you just yesterday, you said you were going home."

(Wayra's POV)
My jaw drops. "Did you just time travel? Because you haven't seen me in at least 20 years!" I get an idea. "How old is Silica? Is she a woman now? Or still a 3d year?"

"Twenty years? But you and Silica haven't aged at all. No wa-"
He gets a look of realization.

(Wayra's POV)
I shake my head and cast a memory sharing spell. "This is her as you remember." I show him a picture of her standing, smiling. "And this is her now." I send him a picture of her now. "A lot has happened, I just rescued you actually. Well your future self now anyway... Let me update you on everything thats happened." I do a memory sharing spell and share everything that has happened to me and Daniel so far.

"Oh..."

He starts sending his own memories through the spell.

"Well, for my project, I was trying to recreate this-" Hermione's Time Turner shows. "With this." A very elaborate mechanical lab in what appears to be the room of requirement is shown.

(Wayra's POV)
"Wow" Me and Daniel marvel at the memories. "So, do you think something could of gone wrong and you traveled here?" I get an idea. "Don't mention anything when you get back, We can't risk changing the future!"

"But...what about me getting kidnapped?" By this point, he was using his natural German accent. "I don't want to get kidnapped!"

(Wayra's POV)
"I have an idea, i'll cast a spell on you that makes you forget when you get back. You wont forget that you had an adventure with us, but you will forget the adventure itself!" Before he could stop me, I have my hands firmly on his head, and am mumbling some words. When I finish he looks upset with me. But soon gives in.

"Your probably right..." He says.

"I'm sorry." I say "But it's extremely dangerous to change the past and it NEVER ends well."

"What about in that Muggle show, The Flash?"
Albedo was once again using his fantastic skill of finding exceptions.

(Wayra's POV)
"In the Flash, Berry was extremely STUPID, and see what happened?" I sigh. "Thats a show. Maybe somewhere in a universe he probably exists, actually, he and Super girl probably DO exist! And it's a living example of what can go WRONG... Besides... Everything happens for a good REASON. The bad things that happen make us who we are today!" I chuckle. "Or yesterday, in your case."

"But...he stopped the Tsunami." Albedo stubbornly crossed his arms.

"At the cost of what, a few dollars?" I shake my head. "Anyways, how old are you Albedo?" I ask curiously.

"Thirteen." He replied. "Why?"

(Wayra's POV)
"WHAT?" I shout. "YOUR ONLY ONE YEAR YUNGER THAN ME???" I am very surprised. "B-but I thought that you were 20! You were my magic teacher! A-are you a prodigy?!"

"Tutor. Seriously, I know I'm tall but jeez, I'm in Silica's technomancy class."

My jaw drops. "Wow."

Daniel laughs. "This isn't surprising."

"I shouldn't be surprised either! I'm 14 and people think I'm 21 sometimes!"

He mutters something in german before checking his pocket.

"Hey, whats up?" I ask Albedo.

    He pulls out a fob watch.
"It's out of power. I can't get back."

    "Oh no! How do We re-charge it?"

    He thinks for a second, then gets an idea.
"I know a way, but it's risky."

    "Well, what is it?!" I ask. It didn't matter how risky it was. We would get him home.

    "Can you bring people with you, when you jump dimensions?"

    I am stunned. "I-I don't know, I have never tried!" Maybe I could! If I can figure out how to bring Albedo home, I could bring Daniel home to!
"But I'm willing to see!"

    "That's not what I was talking about. Dimensions have different timelines, so things may come out differently. To recharge my Time Turner we need to go to a specific world."

(Wayra's POV)
    "Which one?" Daniel asked still holding me in his arms flying.

"Maybe we can talk about it on the ground? My friend Jason here has been carrying me and flying for hours nonstop! I hope we have time to help you, we were on hour way to an island, we need to get there so I can talk to someone, I might be a Dream Traveler! Actually, come with us! If I am a Dream Traveler, it would help us take us home!" I heave a sigh.
"We are kinda tight scheduled to! Would you come with us? A warning though, you can't be with us while I talk to who I'm gonna talk to."

    "Ok. But if what you're saying all happens, you need to help me get this recharged."

    "If what I'm saying happens, I'll be able to! Because theres a good chance that ill learn how."

    "Alright."

    I look back at Daniel. He nods. And were on our way again.

    Albedo looks down, still apparating.
'I left my broom in the past.'

    Reading his thoughts, I reach out my hand and part of the nearest tree breaks off and forms a broom. It sails to my hand. I toss it to Albedo.

"Any way you can give it magic and make it fly?" I ask.

    "I think."
He gestures at it with his wand, and it turns to bronze becoming a bery steampunk broom.
"That should do it."

Albedo hops onto his broom and we continue our journey. Soon, I fall asleep in Daniels arms again.
