Chapter 11, A Battle Of Two

(Cristalina-Wayra's POV)
I watch as Daniel tumbles to the ground.

"Daniel!" I shout. But he was out cold. I turn to my evil doppelgänger. Trembling.
"What did you DO to him?!?!" I shout scared angry.

She cackles. "I knocked him out of consciousness. Hell be asleep for a while!"

I start shaking with anger.

"What do you wan't with me?!" I yell at her.

"That's for me to know, and for you to find out." She says. "Now, you'll have to come with me."

"NEVER!!!" I scream.

"I should of known you would resist. How 'bout this: If you don't come with me, then your boyfriend here will get it very rough!"

"He is not my-" I start.

"Whatever." She says. "I'll still hurt him."

I couldn't stand the thought of one of my friends getting hurt. I couldn't let my vision come true! I stomp down on the ground HARD and create a protective earth around me and Daniel. I then get some water from the air. I had never done this before, but I had to try! So I placed my hand on Daniel's forehead as the water surrounded my hand. I took a deep breath as the water started to glow. Then I concentrate all I can on his head. I didn't want him to get a head injury or anything! After a few moments he starts to stir and groan. His eyes wander around untill he sees me. I sigh. He is ok. For now. I get up and exit the earth protective I made for us. I close it up and only leave small bars behind. So neither Daniel could get out, or Aryaw get in.

"Wayra? What are you doing?" Daniel asks. I sense the worry in his tone.

"I'm not waiting around forever sweetheart, decide now. Are coming with me, or am I gonna have to hurt your boyfriend?" Aryaw says to me.

Daniel looks at me. "You can't go with her! Let me out, i'll fight her!"

I shake my head. "Look at yourself. Your in no condition!"

I step away from him and toward Aryaw.

"Don't go with her!" Daniel shouts at me.

I turn toward him. There is a twinkle im my eye. He looks at me, confused. I turn toward Aryaw once again.

"So what's your decision?" She asks.

I walk toward her and take her hand.

"I knew you would make the right decision!" She says triumphantly.

But a second later she yells out in pain as I twist her arm in a key.

"So that's your decision?!" She screams angrily. "You could of been powerful!"

I scowl at her. "I don't need power."

She grins. "If you say so."

She easily wrenches out of my key, and sends a kick my way. I do a flip backwards to avoid it.

"I won't let you hurt anyone! How did you get like this?" I look at Aryaw sadly.

If I had made different decisions, could I have been like her? I shake it off. I had to concentrate on the battle for now. I run toward her and deliver a punch. She grabs my fist and twists it.

"OWW!!!" I say.

I stomp hard on her foot and she lets go.

"You little-" She fumes.

The battle continues like this for a while. Neither one really getting closer to defeating the other. Until she fakes a step toward Daniel and I let my guard down for just a second. I quickly realize this is what she wanted. I had to act fast.

"Kaio Ken!" I shout and immediately feel the increas in power. I quickly put my hands into position and say: "Shadow clone Jutsu!"

Immediately, about 20 clones appear. This would confuse her.

(Aryaw's POV)
"Argg clones?" I shout annoyed. "No matter. I'll take them all out!"

I immediately start punching, kicking, and stabbing all the clones, to make them disappear, until there is only one Cristalina left.

"Thought you could confuse me?" I say, stepping toward her and pinning her arms to a tree. "Well it didn't work!" I shout, raising a hand to slap her. I was told to scare her, not to kill her. But when I do slap her, she disappears.

"ANOTHER CLONE?!?!"

I shout outraged. Then I feel something fall and land on my shoulders.

(Cristalina-Wayra's POV)

Yes, it had worked! The real me had slipped out and hid, waiting for the right moment. Then when she realized she hadn't slapped me, I jump from the tree and land on her shoulder. She wriggles trying to shove me off. I hold on tightly. The Kaio Ken had worn off. I had used it to create the 20 clones and slip out unnoticed. I do a flip backwards and land on the ground. I then concentrate all, of my chacra to my arms and grab Aryaw. Then I launch her as far as I can. I watch as she sails away.

I feel bad for her. Maybe someday, I could help get her back on the right track. But right now, I had to concentrate on staying alive, I couldn't help her if I was dead. I still had a feeling that she hadn't used her full power. I shudder and rush to Daniel. I raise my arms and drop them to remove the earth house I created, and place it back into the ground. Daniel had been sitting, clutching his head while watching the fight.

"Are you ok?" I ask him.
