Chapter 44, Let the Relay Race BEGIN!

(Wayra's POV)
    As soon as we enter the arena, we hear a crowd cheering so loud that it rings my ears.

"Ladies and gentlemen," a voice said, "Welcome to the Grand Magic Games! I am your host, Chapati Lola, here with Mr. Yagima a former member of the magic counsel. Today in the games we have a great set of teams. In eighth place, is the wild guild Cuatro Cerberus!"

Behind us is a team with a couple of members in leather jackets, everyone of them kept on saying "WILD!"

"In seventh," said Chapati, "Is none other than the number one guild, Fairy Tail!"

The croud goes nuts, Daniel and Natsu are blowing fire out of their mouths, Lavander and I just waved our hands.

"In front of them," he continued, "Is the guild Cresent Hollow!"

We turn to see Kairo and his team walk into the arena. The crowd starts to mutter in between each other.

"Correct me if I'm wrong," said a voice that I assumed was Yagima, "But they were recently legalized as a guild, right?"

"That is correct," said Chapati, "In fifth, is the guild Blue Pegasus!"

We watch Ichiya and his team appear, all the girls go crazy.

"In fourth," said Yagima, "Is the all girls guild, Mermaid Heel!"

A team of all girls appear, and the girls cheer once again.

"In third," said Chapati, "Is the guild Lamia scale!"

We watch as another guild appears. One of them had no shirt on, like Grey.

"That's Lyon," Daniel said, "He and Grey were taught by the same teacher."

"In second," said Yagima, "Is the guild Sabertooth!"

The crowd goes nuts as the Sabertooth guild appear. They all looked pretty tough.

"And in first," Chapati continued, "Is non other than Fairy Tail team B!"

We turn to see Erza, Mira, Grey, Lucy, and Elfman appear. I look at Daniel confused.

"There's no rules as to how many teams per guild there are," he explained, "We tend to always have two each Games."

"I'm all fired up," Natsu said, "Let's go!"

"Hold up," Lavander said, "We don't even know what the first trial is, or if they're having us do the trial now!"

    "They are probably gonna tell us soon." I answer as I look around.

What would the trial be? Not the same as last time obviously. Then I hear the voice boom again.

"And the first trial is going to be: a relay race!"

I watch as the ground rumbles and an entire structure appears.

"All members from all teams must compete." The host continues. "It wont be easy, it's just like a normal relay race, only spiced up a bit, it won't only be running, but climbing and swimming, and many other things as well!"

Climbing eh? I could use my chacra for that.

"All the different things will test your speed, agility, strength, intellect, and more." He booms again.

    "Here's the rules," said the announcer, "Each member will be placed in five different sections; mountain side, train tunnel, water park, forest, and flaming geysers. The first member will have a lacrama, once they meet with the second racer, they will pass over the lacrama to the next runner, and so on! If you meet up with any opposing racers, you are allowed to use any means necessary to delay them! The first team to finish the race will be given fifteen points! You have five minutes to figure out who goes where, good luck!"
