-The Bionic Island-
Zadie's POV:"You guys, my mom just called and she's already freaking out that we're not helping set up for the grad party." Leo announced, putting away his phone in his back pocket as he walked in the mentor's quarters.
Chase and Delta were busy practicing for t heir Foosball tournament, so she didn't pay Leo much attention. I looked at her watch, "It's 9 am. The party's not until 5. She does know that right?"
"You know how she gets. Your moms too. They're all party planning psychos." Leo looked over to Delta, who was determined to win against Chase. "What are they doing?"
Adam looked over to them, "Their foosball tournament. They've been preparing for it for a week."
"And you guys chose today to do it?" Leo judged, "If you're late to your own graduation party, Del, your mom-"
"Shh! I'm focusing." She shushed him.
"She's focusing." I reiterated, causing Leo to give me a 'seriously?' look. I set my stuff down, "Ugh, fine. I'll go help set up. Bree, Adam, you coming?"
Adam huffed, "What? No. I wanna watch Delta win against Chase. Plus, I'm the referee."
"Well, if he gets to stay, I do too." I whined to Leo.
"No one is staying." Davenport stated as he and Douglas walked in. "You're all going to help Tasha set up...because she's already yelled at me twice."
"But Mr. Davenport, Delta and I have been preparing for our Foosball tournament for a week." Chase told him.
"Well then play it tomorrow."
"We can't." Delta answered.
"Why not?"
She looked down, "Because people are voting on who wins and need results tonight."
Chase agreed, "It's a big deal on Instagram."
Davenport rolled his eyes, "For the love of- Whatever. The rest of you come on, or Tasha's gonna kill us all."
"One of us has to stay behind though. To referee." Adam commented.
"And I think it should be me." I added.
"Uh, no. It should definitely be me."
"It won't be either one of you." Douglas answered, "Cause I wanna do it." Davenport gave him a look. "What? I'm curious to see who wins."
"Okay, fine. Douglas, Delta, and Chase can stay behind and do the foosball thing, but the rest of you are headed to the mainland so I don't have to face the wrath of Tasha by myself."
I stood up, quickly going over to the foosball table where Delta and Chase were. "I'm not showing favoritism, but I'm rooting for Chase."
"Zadie!" Delta looked offended.
"Thank you." Chase smiled, proudly.
"It's not fair to root for your boyfriend against your best friend."
"Actually...I just went with what the viewers voted for on Instagram. Chase was up by four percent." I shrugged, which led Chase to look offended, "Sorry, babe."
-The Davenport's-
Third Person's POV:While Tasha was busy bossing everyone around, Perry walked over to Adam, Bree, Leo, and Zadie. "Wow, I can't believe it. You guys are actually finished. Congratulations."
"You're being unusually nice." Leo crossed his arms, "What do you want?"
"Well, this year was supposed to be my year to host the Mission Creek School District's half-day camp at the high school, but since I left, I was afraid I wasn't gonna get to do it."
