When He's Too Far Away

White's POV

It's a very fine afternoon, i finished all the work that i should do and now i'm heading to Captain's campus. This day was going so smooth that i felt so light and happy. And in times like this i look at our engagement ring with an abundant of emotion. It was a symbol of our happiness, our love, and our promise of faithfulness towards one another. I smiled imagining the day when we finally becomes one. Could it be true? for a not so ordinary couple like us that dream of becoming an acknowledged couples are still way beyond our reach.

If anyone asked me who's the cutest boy in the uniform that i know, i would surely answer Captain. I don't know how he look his best with only a plain black and white  uniform. That said man is now walks with his friends cheerfully under the sun. It was quite a sight to see a beautiful young man like him smiling and laughing in a carefree attitude.

A boy like him, only nineteen, and he has to be engaged to a man like me. Do i seems so selfish to push myself to him? I feel like someone who's being so selfish towards him. He should have a chance to meet some people. Girls, boys, many acquintance. While me, i'm contented with just him in my heart because there's simply not enough room for anyone else. He occupy most of the space in my heart.

Someone's knocking on my car's window, and it was him. His crisp smile affect my mood instantly.

"P', i'm off today. The lectures are postpone until tomorrow because the ajarn was sick. Do you want to go somewhere?" He stretch out his body and smile so cutely.

"If it was up to me, i would go straight home and make love to you all day long. hahahaha...up to you, where do you want to go?" His face reddened and look away shyly. I don't know why he was still so shy to discuss about that matter. We're practically married now and i don't find it an embarrassing matter. But his reaction always amuses me since he's always shy about it.

"Why do you always bring that matter? a bed matter should stay in bed, P'." His cheek turn the color pink. So cute.

"Still so shy, Captain...hehehehe..hey since today you're free, why don't you come with me to my factory?" I asked him. The day was still so long and i wanted him to stay with me since i had a board meeting that was just so boring and i needed him to cope up with that.

He agreed to that, so i'm gladly took him there. The board meeting was to discuss about our community research to launch our novel shoes brand. I hope it's going to be a blast, so i need to discuss it further with another members.

Captain was waiting for me in my room which was designed to have a monitor so i know what meeting being held in our meeting room. The last thing i need is to have my meeting room becoming a rendezvous space for lovers.

And now he must be monitoring us the whole meeting. Which i regret. So fucking much. Because i find out that the person i sent to the area which i wanted to take a sample was sick and i had to go there as a replacement. And not for a short time. I had to go for two months to establish our stand.
When i'm back to my office he was looking at me with this strange look that i know wouldn't be good. It was a hurtful gaze.

"So when are you gonna leave, P'?"  He's trying to fake a smile, but i know he should be sad. I smile at him and sit beside him. I hold his long and dainty fingers and interlacing our fingers together.

"Wanna come with me? I don't think i can survive without you there." I asked him with pure honesty. I doubt that i can survive without him when all i can think of is him.

I heard him sighing softly. He hold my hands back and squeezed it firmly. "I wish i can, P'. I have a lot of projects this semester, if i'm gone they will expell me for sure."
