Born to an extremely racist family, Juliet is wrapped in a forbidden young romance with Mike Hanlon, a homeschooled farm boy who is one of the only black kids in Derry. Their relationship consists of sneaking out at night and after Juliet's school.
Not a soul knows.
When summer comes, Juliet uses her friends as an excuse and is able to sneak off to be with the boy she really likes.
Until the day of the rock war, where they're accidentally exposed by her rage.

- and she responds 'wherefore art thou, romeo' and he blushes every time
- she's white and her parents are very racist, so that's why she has to sneak around with mike
- at the part where they leave the neibolt house and eddie gets yanked home by his mother, her mother shows up and drags her home and says some racist things to mike
- then her parents forbid her from seeing them all, especially him, and she's on house arrest until she gets bill's call
- then she stands up to them and runs off
- her and mike fix things up and they kiss at the end
- juliet's reckless and wild and adventurous and always the first to volunteer
- pennywise appears to her as first her growing up to be racist like her parents, and then her parents hurting/killing mike
- she and mike should have a happy ending!!! they deserve it!
