EXTENDED SUMMARY:
Lucas Wilds and Matthew Sangster were best friends. And also wildly hated throughout the school. Not because they were bullies, but because they were pranksters. They always humiliated, but never hurt, they were smart about their pranks. Their favorite targets were the kids of the self-proclaimed "Losers Club" (Minus Bill, they gave him a break because of his brother). However, one prank plan on the first day of summer gets them stuck in a hunt for missing kids.
NOTES:
— Uhh idk what the prank was because I'm not creative, so you can decide what they had plans!
— Yes, Lucas has a dog, yes I looked up the name of the dog that played Nanook in The Lost Boys and no, you can't kill the dog. End of story.
— Lucas goes with Eddie and Matthew goes with Ben, but their romances shouldn't be the forefront of the story as this is going to be very slow burn due to both boys dealing with internalized homophobia (I mean, it's the 80s so ya know)
— You can decide what their fears are, but Lucas's should be something like rejection or abandonment because his dad left when he was little (which is why he's so attached to Matthew and his family)
