EXTENDED SUMMARY Dylan Watts was a sleepless boy. The constant bags under his eyes, the sad look he seemed to always be capturing the perfect portrayal of what his nights were like. His parents had tried everything, until those efforts became a thing of the past, and he was made to deal with his issues by himself. The boy had no interest in, anyone, his room and window the two friends he needed. Until, one day he decides to look out his window and meet his eyes with those of Richie Tozier, leading him off to a summer of deadly clowns and no more sleep.
NOTES
- his parents are actually pretty bomb, and have no rules for him considering there's no other way to help
- basically how richie and dylan meet is their eyes meet outside their windows and richie being the attention obsessed person he is tries to make dylan a part of the group
- dylan is actually not shy at all, and fits right in with stan & eds in the "smh richie" club
- pretty slowburn, but they should kiss at the end, and bev is like their number one supporter
- dylan has no fear deep inside of him, just the fear of the night that drives him not to sleep pennywise cant get to him until pretty late
- richie calls him "dyl" and is so soft with his bf and only makes mild your mom jokes bc he's in loveeeeee
- but rich is so flirtatious and mentions the fact that their boyfriends at least 5 times a day
