EXTENDED SUMMARY Rebecca Walter loathed a plethora of things in her hometown of Derry, Maine. She loathed how all her teachers addressed her as Rebecca instead of Bex, and how Henry Bowers made her blood boil, and how Richie Tozier wouldn't shut up when she smirked at one of his jokes. She loathed how her parents would rather gamble all their money away instead of spending time with her, and how she spent more of her time with the principal in detention than she did with the two of them combined. The redhead wasn't scared of much, certainly not Greta or her band of goons, or of shouting at the class for making fun of Bill Denborough. She was fearless, a "cherry bomb" as the trashmouth had dubbed her. She carried a silver pocket knife with her everywhere she went, and broke a few noses here and there. But there was once thing that frightened her, and ironically enough it wasn't a child eating clown ( for all she cared she could punch that Pom Pom wearing son of a bitch right where it hurt. ) Instead, she was scared of falling for Richard Tozier, the thing about Derry that she loathed the most.
