' Stop quoting my favorite book
and expecting me to fall in love with you! 'EXTENDED SUMMARY
elizabeth jane williams. everything about her, from her vocabulary to her name, screamed 'romanticism era.' Adventurous, sweet, and lively, Elizabeth wasn't ever one that lacked friends or a social life, until her father has a break down and throws away the family's fortune on minuscule things. Her friends leave her, either on their own or with their parent's influence to 'stay away from those frauds.'
When summer rolls around, the once carefree bookworm encounters a boy with a sarcastic light and a knack for quoting her all time favorite book.
She attempts to stop herself from falling for him, because she was a williams and she wasn't going to run around Derry with someone who she'd never met and a bunch of boys who made crude jokes and insisted on rummaging in sewers.
Yet, as much as she distances herself from him, Elizabeth cannot seem to stop herself from ardently admiring the curly haired boy.
NOTES
- her name literally screams pride and prejudice, all the way up to her last name being williams; incredibly close to mr. darcy's first name-so yeah, she loves p&p, and she's a hopeless romantic, but she recognizes that she's still young and probably has to get out of derry before she lives her dream life.
-after her father blew the family's money, they were evicted from their house and into the apartment complex that Beverly lives in.
-hell yeah she's denying her feelings for stan. He'll try to get the girl by quoting P&P, and as much as she loves it she'll play the 'you're annoying' card
-how she meets the losers club is up to you entirely, but i suspect many of them will be suspicious and even hostile given she used to be friends with Greta.
-honestly?? I'm tempted to say you should kill her off but it's up to you!
