EXTENDED SUMMARY Oliver Roberts was a black hole. Everyone in Derry he had ever cared about, had been ripped out of his hands by the darkness that plagued the town. Eddie Cocran, Betty Ripsom, even Georgie Denborough, whom the boy drew on the sidewalk with on warm Saturday's. So the spring of 1989, Olly cuts himself off from everyone. This including, Eddie Kaspbrak. And despite the boy having a blooming crush on the germaphobe, he vows to stay away for the sake of his safety. But this proves to be impossible when he and his neighbor, Bill, spot Pennywise down the street heading home on the last day of school. And from there, Olly is quickly wrapped up into the Losers Club, where the very person he was trying to avoid found comfort—Eddie.
NOTES — olly is very soft and protective, he carries a lot of guilt for his missing friends even tho it's not his fault
— he's quiet, but he's super intelligent and helps the losers figure out more about pennywise & whats happening
— him & eddie are very soft/blushy around each other
— when pennywise breaks ed's arm he freaks out & chucks something IT's head ( he gets reasonably badass when someone messes with eddie )
