Micheal Wheeler x Reader: Can't Help Falling In Love: Part 3

Previously: He intertwined our fingers "so, N/n, what's wrong? You can tell me! I'm your best friend!" As soon as he said those four words, I knew it was over, I would be stuck in the friend-zone for life, I was in love with my best friend, who's in love with a lab experiment. All evening those words were stuck in my head, I'm your best friend! It was all I could think about. I, a girl in love with the nicest boy on Earth, was stuck in the friend-zone, with a boy who possibly knows she likes him, and he's playing with her heart and making her fall even more in love. It was too much to handle, I felt like tears were going to burst out of my eyes at that moment. I was in love with a boy, but was nothing but a toy, he played with my heart until it broke, and now, I wish I never spoke. God, it sucks being in love.

I sighed and let go of his soft pale hand, he looked at me in confusion "what's wrong?" He asked as he looked at me in concern, Dustin, Lucas, and Eleven stopped walking and looked at the two of us. "I-I can't k-keep doing this M-Micheal! You have n-no idea what y-you're doing t-to me!" I sniffled as I felt something wet touch my cheek, he looked at me in confusion "what do you mean? Can't keep doing what?" He asked, I rolled my eyes "You're so oblivious Micheal! Don't you see? I love you! I've loved you ever since we were young! And you're just playing with me! I can't keep doing this! And your stupid girlfriend keeps hurting me every time I'm close to you or even look in your direction!"  I yelled as more tears fell from my eyes, I sniffled "y'know, forget this, I'm going home" I said sadly as I ran out the deep forest "Wait!" I heard someone yell.

              (Time Skip)

I seemed to get lost and couldn't find my way back, it got very dark compared to a few hours ago, I took a few deep breaths to stop myself from panicking. Great, a thirteen year old girl was stuck in the deep dark forest all alone, I'm defiantly gonna die.

I groaned and slumped against a tall tree, I sniffled, my friends will never find me, my parents will never find me, and most importantly, the love of my life will never find me, I'm gonna starve, die of thirst, and then get eaten by a Demogorgon, what an amazing way to die!

Since it was darker it got colder, I didn't bring my jacket, I didn't bring any food, and I didn't bring a flashlight since Mike mostly provides me with that stuff, since I was his best friend he would always lend me and provide me with things when I was cold or hungry.

I hope someone finds me soon, I'm scared.
