Tired blue boy walks my way, holding a girls hand.

Ellie, her friends, Jack and I were at the park, Ellie was live-streaming with her friends, being annoying as usual. Jack was teaching me how to skateboard since he brought his board to practice, he had his hand on my waist "all you have to do is relax, don't get too scared" he smiled, I nodded, but, I heard Ellie call Jack over, he let go of my waist which caused me to slip, fall, and land on my back, I groaned and rubbed my head, he looked at me and panicked "are you alright?" He whispered, I nodded. He grabbed my hand and helped me to my feet "thanks" I smiled, he laughed and nodded "it was pretty hilarious to see you fall, to be honest" he laughed playfully "wow, what a great friend" I rolled my eyes jokingly "hey Y/n, do you-" "Jack!" He got interrupted by Ellie yelling again, he groaned "wanna come with me?" He asked, I nodded happily.

You see, my best friend and crush is Jack Dylan Grazer, mostly known for playing Eddie Kaspbrak in the new movie IT, and Alex Riley in a show called Me, Myself and I. He got with a girl named Ellie Hiyar, he doesn't seem to act like himself when he's around her, he's more quiet and less outgoing, he doesn't make as many jokes and doesn't really make jokes about the ship between himself and his best friend, Finn Wolfhard, I believe the ship is called Fack.

That basic bitch leaves finally, now I can take her man.

Ellie and Jack were sitting next to each other on the grass, I sat on a nearby park bench and sighed.

Jack stood up and sat next to me, he smiled at me "are you okay N/n?" He asked and scooted closer to me, I nodded, but he could tell I was lying "you're my best friend, I know you're not telling the truth" he slightly laughed, I shrugged.

I checked my phone and saw a few notifications from Twitter and Instagram, I checked it and smiled.

Jack had just posted a picture of the two of us with a funny caption, at the end there was a heart and a laughing emoji, I grinned and hearted the picture.

"Hey Jack!" I called the boy over, he smiled and ran over to me "Yeah?" He asked "I think I'm just gonna go home-" "no! Stay! Please" he begged, I sighed and obeyed.

"Here! We'll continue our lesson!" He laughed and made a ridiculously funny face, I giggled and he laid his skateboard flat on the ground, I stepped onto it and wobbled a bit, he grabbed onto me and held me steadily, I smiled as he was giving me instructions.

"Jack! I swear if you drop me I will kill you!" I slightly smiled, he rolled his eyes playfully "I'm not gonna drop you!.....Again" "mmh, well, we'll have to see."

Now, I'm going to push you, so, don't scream" he chuckled and lightly pushed my body forward, I held onto his arm tightly and leaned against him "Y/n, we're not gonna get anywhere if you don't let go" "never let go Jack!" He rolled his eyes "why do you always have to quote the Titanic when you're around me?" He sighed and let go of me, I let out a loud squeak and dropped to the ground, I slightly giggled "you let go Jack!" I frowned, he shrugged "sorry Rose" "ha, you wish!" "That I do."

Ellie ran over to Jack once she finally stopped streaming, I smiled at her as a kind gesture and she looked at me in disgust, she falsely smiled back and looked down at her phone, it was pretty obvious she didn't like me.

I sighed and grabbed my bag from the bench, I passed Jack his skateboard and he gave me a look of confusion "I'm going home, and I'm actually going this time, Jack" I slightly smiled and gave him a tight hug, he seemed sad, he hugged back tightly "why?" He asked as he pouted "I don't feel comfortable, okay? I'll see you tomorrow" I waved goodbye and he looked down sadly.
Today was a mistake.
